Just got back home from this place. I ordered 4 combos. 2 burgers were missing avocado and extra pickles. Another was missing bacon and I think was one missing the bottom bun. This isn't the first time it has happened. I actually just opened up a yelp account just for this. Now, I expect this from the retards over at Mc Donald's, but this has gone too far. My godamn avocado was missing. I honestly never wanted to come to this joint in the first place but Jimmys in San Fernando burnt down again so I had no choice. So now that I'm pissed about my avocado, I'm really gonna let yall know everything about this place. It's dirty inside and out. It smells like piss outside right where they take your order. Slow service and their English is bad. They spelled omelette, bacon and asada wrong on their menu. So their Spanish sucks as well. Now , will I go back? Not now. Awsome burgers, and awsome deals, the "monster burger" is a beast that leaves you full with the first couple of bites. Get the combo, you won't have to eat the rest of the day. Pretty good service, and fast. Every time I order by phone, they're almost done by the time i get there. Ther place could use a remodel, but can't complain with the taste. read more

It was our first time going since we moved to the valley. Even though the reviews have been both good and bad, we will be returning. I've been looking for a spot that have taquitos with the guacamole sauce and they had them. Let me just say they were delicious! Tried this place for the first time and was not too impressed, I ordered two combos (monster combo & cheeseburger combo) price was $22...I get home and I'm missing my fries...also ordered a pineapple shake and they gave me vanilla...the food is bland and the fries are super oily. The wait time is ridiculous for a fast food spot. The line is always long so I assumed it was going to be good, but sadly I was wrong. This is a small hamburger place with good food. The only recommendation I can make is "get your dressing on the side". They love to pile that stuff on the burgers....I'm not saying it's not good, just way too much of it overwhelms the burger. read more

My experience with burgers was great. It was Tiffany and my two kids and they really enjoyed it for burgers for the price of $30. The service was great the food was good on time and the facility was OK as cleanliness but one Problem, there are no bathrooms. You might want to go to the bathroom before you come here just in case.. Just got back from from there, so let me get started. My family order five #1's off the breakfast menu. Which is pancakes, eggs, and bacon and or sausage along with hash browns. With 4 drinks. All four orders were wrong and we were given TOAST instead. Not even French toast, regular, plain ol toast. Second, FOUR other customers got there FOOD before we got our DRINKS. ordered eggs with cheese, no cheese. Asked for APPLE JELLY, THREE TIMES. The first time I get grape, the second I got mixed fruit and the last time he gave me both GRAP AND MIXED FRUIT. never will be returning here again, it would be nice if SOMEONE here spoke ENGLISH. Wasn't impressed. Had to wait for a long time and there weren't that many people. The bun was a little too toasty so it was a bit too hard. Steak fries but not very tasty. They charge .50 for a side of ranch dressing. I probably wouldn't go back unless I'm in the area. read more

The Best Burgers I have ever had, and chili fries too. I have been going to this place since I was a kid, and the burgers taste the same every time. I live in Valencia now but anytime I go visit my mom I make a stop here. It's not the healthiest menu, but if you keep you visits to a few times a year you're OK. I am very health conscious but when I go there I throw that out the window. Same owners since I was a kid, and the staff is pretty much the same too. This is comfort food for me. In my option this place looks like crap. Walls are all dirty and makes me feel nasty when I go inside. Avoid the raw chicken dinner plate. It's nasty. I went to Queen's and instead of calling it in, I went to the walk up. The food was fantastic and they got the order right! So don't order on the phone and if you do, make sure you check it. But the food and service was top-notch. read more

I've been coming to this place for so many years now and pretty much everything in their menu is delicious. My favorite is the chicken dinner and it's not pricy for what you get only $7.50 for a platter that will feed 2 people. My second best is the Queens burger special for $5.50 pretty much it's a combo meal with fries and a drink. Also the chilly cheese fries are delicious. I've been here a good amount of times and it's always bad. The kids that work at this place don't want to work at this place it's like if they are forced to work. Last time the guy asked me "what do you want to eat" like if I'm bothering him .the quality of the food for the price does not add up . Also the time it takes them to make it is crazy .
