She took the plate and offered to remake it, but I declined since it was already poorly made the first time. Amy then told me the owner said she couldn't take it off or offer anything, which I found unbelievable. We paid the bill and will not be back. My boyfriend even started feeling sick before the Cajun pasta arrived. I asked if there was a new cook, because the food had no flavor whatsoever. Amy's response was, "I can't take it off because you don't like it or it's not the same--it might just be a different cook." But isn't consistency exactly why customers return to restaurants? Apparently, at Scores, they can serve bad food, make you pay for it, and add poor customer service on top. My gf's burger looked good and she said it tasted good too it had a soft egg, bacon and cheddar cheese on it. You could see the egg running down the sides of the burger. I got my chicken wings just fried with teriyaki sauce on the side. The wings were pretty good with no real coating on the chicken. The chicken was good but nothing spectacular.
