Do not use this rip off company. The break your septic line. Then give you an estimate to fix what they broke. Then they'll tell you that they've got to replace all the lineage only to replace 8 ft, but still charge you for 40 ft of unused materials that were never needed. This company will tear your yard all to hell. Never fix it back and just leave a pile of dirt in your yard. I guess fecal matter causes memory loss because these people cant even remember why you called after speaking to them. Seems like a bunch of uneducated cons. A young man named Hayden came out from Queen's and we realized it was not the septic tank that was causing the problems but Hayden helped me to try and figure out what it could be. He was just the nicest young man anyone could ever want to come out to their house to perform services from someone you do not know anything about! In addition, they are very reasonably priced. So I called them Friday to inquire on the emptying out my septic tank. The individual I spoke to told me to text him my address and what I needed done and he would come out Saturday to do the work. Okay, Saturday morning comes and I hear nothing so I text him to see if he was still coming out, no reply. My husband calls and he picks up. Tells him that he will know in 2 hours if he can come out and do it. We hear nothing back from him. My thing just communicate you will not be able to do the job. Queens replaced my septic tank. The installation went fine, until the finish. He graded the dirt out with his bobcat. Never got off of it, never used a rake. There were a lot of rocks and chunks of the old tank laying on the ground! When I asked, he said I could clean it up! He did not pick any of them up, did not smooth it out, did not put out seed.
