Came in 20 minutes early with an appointment. There are 2 screens where you check in. Threw me off a little, but it was simple and easy to use. The lady then called my name at my appointment time, and sat me down. We had small talk and she comforted me about the process. The prick only lasted about a second and then no pain. Just tried to relax for the process. It was quick, easy, and simple. I'll come back here again if I need another blood panel done. Now about a few hours later, no bruising and just a little soreness. I came here for a simple blood draw. It was a walk in since my doctor sent me directly without an appointment. There is no one in the front to help at all. They only have two kiosks to sign up on. After 30 minutes of not being called, I was able to catch a worker as she called for someone and asked how long it might be. She told me there were 6 people working and they get to me as soon as possible. I waited over an hour and saw at least 50 people go in and out. I was never called even when there was only three other people in the waiting room for 15 minutes. Those three people came in AFTER me. The website says there is no guarantee to be seen but they need to filter in the walkins with the appointments not just throw them aside until there is no one left. After over an hour I had to finally leave and make an appointment for next week. read more

Lets you confirm and everything, only to show up to the lab with your confirmed 4:40 appointment, and seeing the sign says they close at 4. Please update your hours offered when scheduling an appointment so this stops happening to people. read more

Unprofessional personal conducting blood draw and test with no manners even with appointment or without appointment they need to treat you the same. This place is nothing but robotic practitioners that only serve what pops up on a screen. After being shown that they can only take care what is displayed on a screen. They will not accommodate anyone unless the screen allows them to. It's a very inhumane experience. If you don't know what to do hopefully someone sitting down will help because they don't have someone to help at the front. I would not recommend this location at all. read more

This location has their tv up so loud that the elderly can't sit near tv and when asked for the tv to be turned down they said they can't. It is extremely loud my mom couldn't be comfortably sit and her appt was at 7am. Most of the ppl here are elderly make it make sense ppl. read more

I took my grandma to do blood work. she ha appointment at 8:30 am, she slow and handicapp, when we arrived 8:35, there has no receptionist to ask, we thought that we only need to wait. so pass 8:42am, I asked the people inside what is going on, and they asked up to me to fill out from the kiosk, and the dump machine won't let's us check in because pass 10 minutes. so I have to knock on the door again for help, but the worker said they can't do anything, I have to make appointments again, or wait. so the system is so bad. Been here a few time to have blood drawn and the experience has been pleasant. My visits have all been during the Covid-19 Pandemic and I really appreciate the strides this Quest location has taken to provide a clean environment. The first time I went, the waiting room was still open to anyone, but a week later it's patients and parents of minors only in effort to keep people separated. When I go, there's usually no one else there to have any work done, so the wait is minimal and fast. The technicians are always nice and comforting. I'm not one who's scared of giving blood, but for people that are, they will talk you through it and distract you and it'll be over before ya know it! I've also had skilled techs that can find my veins easily and painlessly. Currently, you do have to wear a mask to go in, and I would sign up early with an appointment to shorten your wait, but all in all, this location is pretty no frills and easy! read more

I came in at 3:20pm today to test for a urine sample, mind you it's an easy and fast process, and other patients that i might add are PREGNANT , were outside waiting too because this place is SUPPOSED to close at 4:00pm, we were knocking on the door because we saw many employees inside, they saw us through the window and ignored us, and even hid. No receptionists were there at the desk, so i'm glad to know that you close 40 minutes before closing, because your receptionists want to kick start their weekend. My 5 stars is for one of the amazing phlebotomist of asian descent at this location. I always forget to ask for her name but she is always in great spirits and has the most gentle touch for drawing blood, if you don't look at the needle i guarantee you won't even notice. I have visited this location multiple times for labs for myself and always hope to be her patient. Today I had to take my son in for his 1 year screening and had a different phlebotomist who was having trouble finding his veins. My son was crying before she even began & I was ready to join him but who came into our room? THE BEST!! Although he did cry (he does not like being restrained), it was a clean stick as always & I was at ease knowing he probably didn't even feel it. As for the office, the waiting room is decent. You used to be in & out in less than 10 minutes during their "appointment only" era but they do accept walk-ins now so it was a bit full today and we did wait a little longer which is always expected at any medical facility. I definitely do recommend you schedule an appointment though and arrive on time to get priority. read more

For 20 minutes all patients had finished and left while I was not allowed to get my blood test their rude response was that they had paperwork to do and that I would have to wait until 1PM. You walk in to only iPads to check in. If you're late you have to make a new appt or wait 30 to 60 mins to be seen. Once I was finally seen the tech constantly talked about herself and then took my water and put it in the sink without telling me. After I took the glucose test they have you wait in the waiting room with no access to a bathroom just in case of emergency's. When I could no longer handle the amount of sugar that was causing my heart to race knowing I was going to throw up, I started pounding on the door after 2 mins someone finally opened the door. Once the door to the restroom opened I immediately started throwing up, the entire staff stared and didn't help by closing the restroom door. The tech who issued the test just said I'll call your doctor. Once I walked out of the restroom there was no one to be found. No are you okay do you need water just completely heartless. Not even well help you reschedule your appointment. I suggest taking your business to labcorp across the street! read more

Been coming to Ånaheim quest for 3 years and the front desk service have really improved as of late . Front desk Staff has been very helpful and patient on my last dozen visit . They have a very stressful job and seem to be able to keep everything pretty well organized and under control considering the high volume of patients they see. Only negative is the office it self is very outdated compared to other quest I've been too but I much Rather come to this location. The nurse have never hurt me and are very nice and help you to keep calm . Excellent care in all categories. They did not have a Fax for blood test , because NP did not send it. But she took the test anyway because I go there all the time, I travel this far for my blood tests because they are so efficient! She found my vein in my arm with no problems! Thank you with the bottom of my heart, to make a successful visit from the NP error! I left my phone at home because I for I forgot to bring it, because I was on the phone talking to the NP about my visit. She assured me that everything was fine & I sure go for my appointment. So I went. I did not fast because I wasn't told to. They had a work order from the diabetes center & that did not say to fast either! So I took my test with high hopes! This lab is taking advantage of people! I walked in asking if they had my orders in the system and was told to sit down and that I would be told when they took me to the back. Why would you want me to wait if you don't in fact have orders for me? But it was not a big deal so I waited. Then when I go to the back, the lady said I only had one tube to be collected, I knew that was incorrect and told her and I then watched her "find" the rest in the computer. How do you miss that when they are all together and by the same doctor and date? Once she found them the lady asked me for payment, I have an HSA account and pay once my claim goes through to my insurance so I asked her to bill me. She said they required a payment then and there, I asked her since when is that the policy and she stumbled over her words. After telling her I worked in healthcare and knew that was not their policy and that I know they can bill it through my quest account she said that "they would do it this time, but next time I had to pay" I proceeded to let her know next time I would be going to a different lab. They are taking advantage of people who may not know that they can be billed or ask for a payment plan, labs can be hundreds of dollars and it is a crime to lie to someone and tell them they have to pay you on the spot when that could be detremental to someone's financial state. Positive review! If you're using google maps it will be hard to find this location. From the street if you see 1130 for the nursing home, turn into the plaza. It is the gray building with some suites inside, see photo. I took me like 10 mins to figure that out. Anyway when I got in the front desk ladies were very nice. Angela initially helped me. She's so nice and funny. My veins are pretty deep so she tried to draw blood from a vein but couldn't get it. Instead of trying to re-pole me, she called Melanie over, and she was able to find a vein. Both ladies were so sweet and nice. read more

My husband scheduled an appointment online. Check-in was via text on the phone which was pretty easy. Our appointment was on a Tuesday morning at 7am (fasted blood draw) and we didn't wait for long at all. There was a float (not sure if medical assistant or phlebotomist) with curly hair in the waiting room who was extremely friendly, warm, and welcoming! I wish I had asked her name so I could give her a positive kudos. I tend to avoid blood draws and am not a fan of needles but my phlebotomist, Angela (Asian / Thai), who had been doing it for 20+ years was the most competent, confident, and capable phlebotomist I have EVER had my blood drawn by - that is across the board at labs or doctor's offices! Im guessing she could tell I was a bit anxious and she did everything she could to have me thinking about nice things, distract me, tell jokes, etc. In total she drew 17 vials and I had to do a urine test as well. The speed and efficiency with which she drew my blood was unbelievable. You truly can't put a price on technical ability and people skills and she had them both in spades. I would happily get my blood drawn on a yearly basis if I was guaranteed Angela. Curly haired float and Angela both deserve a holiday bonus and Starbucks gift cards! Well I came in and was immediately turned away when the entire place was completely empty. I checked online and their website says they open at 6 but the maps say they open at 7. I played it safe and got there at 7 hoping no one would be there. And there wasn't! I went to the front desk to fill out the iPad and the lady asked me if I had an appointment and I said no. (I know some locations require an appointment but this one did not say they did online). She then asked if I was pregnant. I said no. She told me I couldn't come in until 9am because the first few hours are for the pregnant or 65+ crowd. I understand that because of Covid, but no where does it say that online. I normally work 5am - 1pm M-S. Today was the only day I had available to go in because for the first time in so long, I didn't have to go to work until 9am. After an hour and half, I asked about the wait and the receptionist checked her file of patients' paperwork and mine was near the front. She said I would be up soon. After 30 more minutes and two hours of waiting , I asked a phlebotomist was who at the front (I believe the receptionist was on break) and she could not find my paperwork. It wasn't in the front and it was not anywhere. She apologized and got me in. While I was in the back other staff were trying to help a woman who had been waiting for one hour- they all seemed shocked at her long wait and acted more suprised when they learned how long I was there. The Phlebotomist who helped me was very nice. I find it disturbing that my paperwork had just "gone missing" and I had two wait for two hours. read more

Quest Management!!! This place gave me the worst experience in my life. Rude receptionist's, no appointment! No service! Even if you have an appointment, coming early is not worth it because the receptionist will not entertain you even they are not that busy and she even told me to step outside and wait in the car. She refused to entertain an old lady who walk in without a mask and she did not offer to give her one. A lot of people walked out pissed off mad, and really upset. This is the worst Quest lab. The front door is so gross I was afraid to touch it and definintely not what you want to see when you are assuming you are going into a clean, sterile lab. (see photo) The first technician was horribly unprofessional and could not draw my blood, so she left angrily and yelled to her co-worker to take over. This tech was nicer, but the draw was horrible and she ruptured my vein (see photo). I would highly advise avoiding this location read more
