Staff was nice and I was only stuck once, however when I went to take the urine test there was no toilet paper, no seat covers, and no paper towels. On top of that there was urine on the sample deck. This tells me this bathroom had not been cleaned in bare minimum 24-48 hours for ALL of the supplies to have been gone. It honestly begs the question that if the bathroom was that poorly kept what else is lacking in cleanliness? There are dozens of other Quest locations to choose from. I 100% would recommend anywhere else. read more

This is the worst Quest lab. The front door is so gross I was afraid to touch it and definintely not what you want to see when you are assuming you are going into a clean, sterile lab. (see photo) The first technician was horribly unprofessional and could not draw my blood, so she left angrily and yelled to her co-worker to take over. Thought you'd be screwed showing up without an appointment. But no, it was only me who had to wait 1 1/2 hours until I said something. I watched people be called in without an appointment that came much later than me. The colored lady with long hair knew I was still waiting and couldn't bother to check on what went wrong until I said I've watched others go in without an appointment. Do you and your loved ones a favor, don't ever come here. The wait times are drastically incorrect. Both online and in person the wait times were posted at 3 minutes, however it was actually a 45+ minutes wait. They make the elderly and sick stand up in the hallway with an empty waiting room and empty chairs. Any concern or question you have, are responded with rude remarks and vague answers. The staff fails to properly wear their masks while enforcing COVID guidelines. The staff is quick to take your copay, but slow to offer any assistance. I would give them negative stars if possible. Horrible service. I made an appointment and for whatever reason my appointment wasn't in the system. I speak to a representative who says I can't help you without a confirmation and tells me to call her supervisor who was equally ride if not more so. I finally had enough and spoke with corporate who found an appointment. I don't appreciate being treated like an idiot who can't follow simple prompts on a website to make an appointment. I was only able to make it for 12:20. My daughter stopped eating around 8:30 the night before and you want her to join the walk in line? There was a person there who said he had waited 3 hours. It's no good. I went to there do my blood test this morning , the nurse used the disinfect cotton wiping the table, then she used to draw blood and put it on my arm. I always reserve an appointment on their app and every time she goes in they say they don't have an appointment for her And many time they say they don't have the blood order from her doctor. We have checked with the so ot or and they swear they have sent it over. Then they make her wait over 45 minutes!!!! I'm not sure why people have such bad things to say about this place? The parking lot is just fine and actually very spacious. I felt safe, and didn't see anything wrong with leaving my car. The area is not "ghetto" by any means. Is it a lower income area, sure, but why don't people in this area deserve treatment and services like anyone else. The phlebotomist, Angela, was very sweet and made the blood drawing experience less worrisome (lol, not that I'm afraid of needles or anything) but she was very compassionate- frequently asking me if I was okay and then telling me to "find a spider on the wall and I'll give you a dollar" so that I wouldn't get squeamish. Otherwise, the waiting room experience is alright.. there's usually a 30+ minute wait and children around. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!! Came here for a biometric screening. After reading all the terrible reviews of this place, I decided to take my chances anyway thinking "your experience may vary." Also, it was a more convenient location for me. Walking in, I prepared myself for the "bad receptionist" that everyone speaks of... and of course, the receptionist with the tired-ass Macy Gray 90's afro was rude A-F! I walked up to her with a smile on my face and politely asked, "checking in for a biometric screening" (tried to kill her with kindness, no luck). Without saying a word, she pointed to the iPad of where I should be checking in. No greeting, no help.. just a resting b!tch face. She has absolutely NO customer service skills. It made me wonder, 'who's d!ck did she suck to get this job?' Her profession should really be eating.. because that, we can OBVIOUSLY see she loves! After reading the reviews for this location, and seeing how most quest locations have the same ratings, I decided to brave this one. I made an appointment for 430 on a Wednesday for my 2nd trimester blood work. I arrived at 4, just to be safe and was surprised to see that there were only four people waiting ahead of me. I checked in with their computer and noticed right away that there was no receptionist but a technician from the back helping those ahead of me. After waiting less than ten minutes, I was called back. I asked the tech assisting me if it was a slow day. She said it was actually busy. It was a very friendly exchange that lasted about ten minutes at most. I was in and out of there by 430. I was very pleasantly surprised with my experience. Maybe they cleaned up their act?? I used to go to the Fullerton location but after today's experience, I'll definitely be coming back to this spot. I found the service to be MUCH better here. read more

I too heard a lot of bad reviews with this location but it's the closest to me that open early so I made an appointment at 7:15am and I got there at 7:05am. It took me awhile to find the place. The guy at front was very friendly and assured me that they will call me right away. There were a few people in the waiting room but at 7:15 they called my name. Bryan took my blood was very nice and friendly. He even ask me if I faint with the sight of blood. That was thoughtful. I told him that it's hard to find my veins so I showed him where to draw. He checked and found it quickly and with a baby needle he drew my blood with no problem. I was impressed. Guys my veins are hard to find. I was done less that 5 minutes. I didn't bother getting her name because I just wanted to get my son out of there. I wasn't even going to write this review but my son had to go back to the room he was in because he forgot his phone and he over heard that same girl calling him annoying. He wasn't going to tell me but I needed to schedule a new appointment & asked to go to another place because that girl hurt his feelings.. he was just having anxiety about the needle if you can't work around kids get another job. My child needed blood work and most of the Quest locations close by 3 so it's difficult to get labs done for a child. I arrived 30 minutes before closing time there was no wait. She looked at the lab orders knowing what my child would need to have done and might take longer than 30 minutes without hesitation she took us in. The phlebotomist was very sweet and patient with my child. They went above and beyond knowing my daughter was getting anxiety by assuring her she's going to be okay and had back up just in case. The color scheme in the waiting room is a bright green that feels like it's from the 70s, the waiting room reeked of baby poop, solicitors trying to sell childrens' toys blasting their boom box in the waiting room, people having full-on conversations on the cell phones while waiting to be seen, and kids bouncing off the walls. People would go to check in and nobody was up front to assist them. C'mon Quest, you can pump some money into beautifying this location; add an automated check-in system to streamline the process and redo the waiting area. I won't come to this location ever again.
