I came here early on a Tuesday morning. These are pretty well run places, you do most things through the app you sign up if you get a time and then you come and wait. This is a fairly new location & it's very close to where I live, so when I received a letter yesterday requesting me lab tests, I figured I'd go to this one. It has lots of parking because it's in a plaza with a huge lot. It was very spacious inside as well as very clean. I didn't have an appointment, so I just did a "walk-in" and expected a very long waiting time. There was only one person in the waiting room, so my expectations went up a little bit. I did my "check-in" on the little electronic check in device (I do not know what it's called) Within two minutes, I was called back. The technician wasn't familiar with the layout of the script that I had brought in, as neither was I. It was very different than any other ones I've ever had. She ended up having to call my nurse practitioner to find out what it was all about and get me in the system and try to find her in the system but she could not do. So she waited on the phone until she could get the information she needed so that I can get taken care of right away. The tech went above and beyond and was super nice and patient about it all. I got my work done and was on my way out The technician was very nice, very helpful, patient, I am just an all-around good person that you want to be taken care of by. I will definitely keep going to this location, so far it is my favorite one. read more

If I could give Quest zero starts that would be more fitting. I haven't used quest for years because of the Ghetto environment they keep. The last time I was there I mentioned to the staff that I will only use a butterfly because I'm not a fan of needles and the woman's replay was," well that's just too bad for your a$$ honey" Super professional. Walked in at today 6/2/25 @ 12:50pm, they close at 1pm. No one waiting in the waiting room. Staff member walks out from the back to ask me what I was doing, told her I was waiting to be seen, she asked if I had used to kiosk, I replied I don't use kiosks. advised her I was waiting for someone to come out and see me. She then walked out the building instead of informing staff. 1 minute later at 12:54pm a second employee came out and asked why I was there, advised her I was waiting to get labs. She informed me that they were closing at 1pm and I needed to leave. told me they wouldn't be able to process me in time, even though all of my information is already on file. This is pure laziness, This business has and always will be UNPROFESSIONAL and a joke. filling with the BBB and anywhere else I can leave a review. You guys are supposed to be in the medical industry, why don't you act like it? read more

Terrible again!!! The phlebotomist argued with me about what vein to use and she was very unfriendly and didn't believe me and stuck me in the arm I told her wouldn't work and ended up hurting me. Then finally used the vein I told her would work. And of course it did. I asked her prior to that to get another phlebotomist and she said if I stick you again yes I'll do that because if I stick you again you're just gonna have to come back another time because you need to drink water and I had told her I drink 24 ounces of water prior each time - I know what to do. office was alright, I had an appointment, I would recommend getting an appointment if you value your time. The rep recommended getting an appointment for anything, even dropping off tests, so do what you will with that. Had some bloodwork done and couldn't get the vein, never had this problem before. Usually use the quest by my doctors near Harlem Rd and the phlebotomists have no problem, but figured I would try this location because its closer to where I live. read more

I made an appointment ahead of time (highly recommend an appointment) and got here a few minutes early. There is a person monitoring how many people are in the waiting room at any given time, very friendly guy... I went in, checked in at the scan kiosk and sat down. I was called exactly at my appointment time by a phlebotomist named Jeannie... she was friendly, efficient, and professional. Wow. This was SO unbelievably easy. I've been putting off bloodwork because, well, you know... busy schedule, not sure where to go that will be fastest and easiest, excuses, etc. Finally, I did a quick search for locations on my way to work. I picked this location and set up an appointment online. Setting up the appointment through the website was super easy and I was able to enter my insurance info when I set of the appointment. It took two tries for the insurance info because the first time I only entered the numbers without the dashes and spaces. Once I entered with the dashes and spaces as it appeared on my card, it worked fine. I showed up for my appointment and used the self-checkin kiosk. When I set up the online appointment, I took a screenshot of the QR code. So, when I checked in today, all I had to do was scan that QR code and wait for my name. I waited less than a minute. (You can also check in with your personal information as well. But this was very fast and easy.) The girl who did my bloodwork was friendly, professional, and efficient. Literally, from walking in the front door to walking out the front door was under 13 minutes. So much for using not enough time as an excuse! read more

What an absolutely miserable experience. The lab tech was not just indifferent but actively rude. I had an issue with my insurance and the interaction up to that point was negative enough that it wasn't worth sticking around to sort out. The most frustrating part of this experience is that I know even as I type these words that leaving this review is likely pointless. Quest is the only lab that is (ostensibly) covered under my insurance plan so I'm given no opportunity to take my business elsewhere no matter how terrible they are. I suppose I'll close with this thought: their arrangement with a major wny insurance carrier means there is no incentive whatsoever for them to provide any level of customer service, and it shows. read more

Had to have a blood test, had a appointment, got there on time , signed in on the apple iPad. Walk over to look out window, Gina open the door and called my name. In I went and 1 tube later all done. No pain. In and out in 6 minutes. There was someone in lobby washing down the chairs when I came in. Thank you for the polite and great service. Next time it's this quest again. read more

Was in and out in under 20 minutes, so I was definitely a big fan of this place. All the lab work was done quickly and efficiently. I was lucky in that there was no appointment and I was able to get in and out so quickly, but definitely make an appointment if you have the foresight to potentially save yourself some waiting paints. The facility was clean and they had all my requests on file so they knew who to send the blood results to. I would definitely recommend this facility for bloodwork, etc! read more

Worst customer experience I've ever had at a Quest. Only one kiosk to sign it at and a woman refused to let anyone use it to log in as whatever she was doing was more important. Eventually logged in and was called only to have the same woman cut me off and start to ask the employee questions. Same staff member and another one she called in refused to allow me to be with my son (10 y/o) because we were scheduled at 2 different times and his appt had come while mine had passed. Well mine passed because the employee was talking to the woman who didn't even have an appointment. Might be helpful to put an actual person back in the waiting room area and train the staff on how to treat patients. Both staff members I encountered were not pleasant. read more

The same as last year, this site didn't disappoint when I walked in for bloodwork. Upon arrival four ppl were ahead of me. I was pleased to see the waiting room seating was socially distanced and check in was still easy. It was less than a five minute wait before my name was called. I had the worst experience at this Quest location and I will NEVER GO BACK! I had an appointment made online and I waited well over a hour yet was not seen. they stated they could not find the appointment in the system and the woman showed me appointments written on a paper probably printed before my appointment was made. I showed her my confirmation number and the screenshot and she still did not believe me. I had to then pull up my confirmation email per her request and I did but they still would not see me. Why act like you're going to help then? The last 30 minutes I was in the waiting room myself and no one but workers were there. I would not call them workers or professionals however as they are rude to the people who walk in and all they do is talk, joke around, and eat apparently in the back (according to the conversations I heard) -Utterly ridiculous. Always fast and efficient. Staff is always friendly. Some of the customers, not so much. Here today listening to an old lady huff, complain, and whine because she "made an appointment for her husband at 9" (it's 9:10), turns out they spelled their name wrong when signing in, which she had to argue about. One tech said she would take him next, and each time another tech comes out she pounces on them. They are spending their free time lamenting loudly about how "people without appointments should be made to stand outside." Lol Anyway, I would recommend this place to anyone, as I have never had a bad experience with the actual business. :-) read more

I can't recommend a particular person as I've always seen different people yet I've always gotten great care from each individual lady. I've refered other to go to this location as well. It's always clean and the wait time is short. PPE is always used. The ladies have been professional with me even when they don't speak much. Came in for a STAT bloodwork/24 hour urine. The staff is an absolutely horrible and unprofessional. Initially came in not realizing my script was a STAT order and tech told me I would have to be put on a standby waitlist. Which was no problem. After 2 hours of waiting, I reached out to my doctor to confirm it was a STAT order and they even resent over the script confirming STAT script and wanting it done ASAP. the techs all came out and argued with me, telling me "just because it says stat does not mean it's a stat order and you will have to wait; next time you can just make an appt" any time I've came in with a stat order I waited and was put in. Never have I had techs argue with a DOCTORS order and tell me that my paperwork/script was not valid. Even after my doctor sending over not 1 but 2 STAT orders. Staff is very unprofessional and need to do better. Not to mention the every time I come in they are poking me about 3-5 times before they can draw the blood. Please perfect your craft before you decide to work in this field. You guys suck! read more

I dread bloodwork, but this location has been great time and again. While I usually have an appointment, a couple times I've walked in and was seen fairly quickly. My daughter is 5 and you would believe she is being exorcized when she needs lab work. They put all hands on deck with her and were good with her. Another quest location had to send us away based on her reaction to the testing. Phlebotomists are always friendly. My preferred Quest location! read more

Would give 0 stars if possible. I made an appointment for today at 11am. When I got there the waiting room was full. So I chose to enter my phone number on the check in tablet and wait in my car. It said there was a 26 minute wait. After about 28 minutes I hadn't received a text so I went back inside to see how much longer. The man working the door asked the nurses when my turn was and a nurse named Gina very nastily said "we called her three times" and she refused to let me in to get my blood drawn and said that I had to get back in line and wait. Mind you, at this point I had been waiting for 40 minutes. On my way to my appointment I got a call from my father saying that my 90 year old grandmother needed help. I was hoping to be in and out so I could get to her as fast as possible. I explained to them that I had a family emergency and needed to get in as fast as possible. Gina and the other nurses didn't care. I had to get back in line. I will NEVER come here again. And Gina should consider finding a new field to work in since she lacks compassion. The walls in that office are thinner than you all think. We can hear you in the lobby and she was just plain nasty. I'm honestly grateful none of the staff here was given an opportunity to put a needle in my arm. After checking on my grandmother I stopped by the OTHER Quest in Delaware that's in Tonawanda. I was in and out AS A WALK IN in 10 minutes. If you are reading this DRIVE TO TONAWANDA. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. The only positive thing I will say is that the man working the door was very nice and tried to help me but the nurses refused. read more

I came to this location out of convenience, for a quick blood draw. I've checked in at about 1230, and sat and waited for my name to be called. After about 20 minutes, one of the phlebotomist came out and stated that they will be closing early due to being understaffed. She asked that we not let any one else through the door, because she would be locking it. As one of the employees were leaving, a woman walked through the door checked in and sat and waited, as nothing formal have been placed on the door stating that they were closed. A phlebotomist came out and rudely told the woman that they were close and she would not be taking her. The woman informed her that they close at one, and she had checked in before that time. The phlebotomist was extremely rude to her, it made me so uncomfortable that I left. The phlebotomist was heavyset with red hair, and lacked professionalism. read more

Make an appointment. The people who work here are super pleasant. I've done all blood work here at this location in the past five years and have no complaints. I learned my lesson last time to make an appointment. I was a walk in but kept getting bumped by the system every time an appointment came in. I was there sitting for two hours, with almost an hour as the next walk-in up. I can't imagine how long the people behind me waited. That was my own fault though for not making an appointment. I did knock one star though because the system doesn't have a max out time for how long a walk-in should wait and appointments can be taken before walk-ins even if it's not their appointment time yet. read more

I've only been to this location a couple times, but both times have been good experiences. The waiting area is large and clean. There's magazines and a large tv (at a good volume, too). After signing in I've never had to wait more than 5 - 10 minutes. There is an option for an appointment, but when I attempted to make one online the only options were Saturdays (not sure if it was a glitch or by design). The phlebotomists are pleasant and friendly. And good at their jobs! Never any pain, trouble locating veins, excess bleeding, etc. read more

Two out of three times I've been here, I fasted and ended up passing out for a few seconds. Their staff is very polite and helpful when this happened to me, I even told the lady that I passed out last year. She had got me water and applied cold compresses to my neck and forehead. They are usually very quick even when it's busy without an appointment. The facility is very clean. read more

I don't write many reviews and rarely negative ones. I prefer to write positive reviews, I wish I could give 0 stars. I was there just over 2 weeks ago and the individual who drew my blood apparently did not know what she was doing. I have had blood drawn before and never had this bad of a reaction. I had extreme pain in my arm the first day, so much that I could barely bend it. The next day hurt a lot as well. By Friday of that week I noticed bruising on the side of my arm along the elbow area. It wasn't a small amount it was bad. I read up on how such bruising can occur after but I want to think this really should not have happened. The bruising is still there, but is far less. It wasn't sensitive to the touch at first but then started hurting. I have had to hide the bruising with clothing since it looks like I fell or someone hit me with something. I will never return to this location again, it was my first and last visit. Please make sure your staff are properly trained!!! NOT HAPPY! I also completed a review through the Quest site, but know I will never receive any response back. Just wanted to get this out in case it happens to someone else. read more

There is ZERO customer service at this Quest location. I showed up at 6:00 a.m. for my blood test to avoid the crowds. After waiting for 15 minutes I was told my paperwork wasn't in their system...there was nothing from the doctors. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me with Quest. I went home and waited for my docs office to open and they assured me it was sent over...but immediately faxed a copy just to be safe. That was at 7:30 a.m. I tried calling the Quest office to verify they had received the fax before I drove back a second time but NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! A recording tells me customer service opens at 9:00. I have to be at work at 9:00! I have already fasted for 12 hours, I'm angry and no one answers the phone. I find this utterly ridiculous! When I did get there, elderly people were waiting who didn't know how to use the computers to sign in. One woman sat there waiting and hadn't signed in at all because no on ever came out to show her. There's no button to push for service, nothing! I won't be going back to Quest a third time. read more
