You have to log in using an iPad, it took about 3 minutes to fill out the check -in process. Everything on their website is really easy to understand. It's a quick and efficient shop. I paid for $47 for my TB test. The TB test itself was good, just a pin-prick and my nurse, Kristy/Christy was really nice and welcoming. I would say this is a good place to go for quick medical tests. They do other things like Xrays and pre employment physicals. It's on a busy road, and I missed a good parking spot. It's really easy to miss, so make sure you know your way. There is a train station across and maybe you could park on that side.

I witnessed this employee treat an elderly woman with complete disrespect. The woman was having difficulty locating her Kaiser member ID and was clearly struggling, yet the employee responded with a rude, impatient, and dismissive attitude. There was absolutely no compassion, empathy, or willingness to help. Instead of assisting a vulnerable patient, she made the interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable and embarrassing. This behavior is unacceptable for anyone working in a patient-facing role. Healthcare employees, especially those at the front desk, should treat every patient with dignity, patience, and respect. An elderly patient should never be made to feel like an inconvenience for needing a little extra time. Based on what I witnessed, I believe this employee's conduct should be reviewed by management. If this is how she treats patients in public, I am concerned about how many others may have experienced similar treatment but chose not to speak up. I hope Kaiser investigates this incident and takes appropriate corrective action to ensure all patients are treated with the professionalism and compassion they deserve.

This is an incredible service for anyone who is sick, homebound, or simply unable to get what they need done at a lab. In my case, the lab actually wouldn't do the bloodwork I needed to donate a kidney, so having someone come to me made the whole process possible. Charity was professional, very communicative, and incredibly gentle and kind during the draw. She made me feel at ease and took care of everything (she came to my house, drew my blood and even took my bloodwork to FedEx for dropoff) I plan on using her services in the future not only for myself, but also for my kids. Having someone trustworthy and skilled come to the house is such a relief! Highly recommended.
