From the front desk to the MRI and X-ray techs, you won't find more friendly or professional kindness anywhere else like it! They are absolutely just wonderful, and will go out of their way to accommodate you in every way. Forgot your script? No problem! Here's my email. Cold in the MRI room? Here's a warm blanket. How can we make you comfortable, what music would you like to drown out that annoying banging in the MRI machine? Awkward position for an X-ray, are you ok? Are you comfortable? I could ramble on about my positive experience, and, but I also need to share how amazing they were when my 13-year old daughter needed MRIs and X-rays. They were equally amazing! They made her so comfortable, she had absolutely no anxiety or fear. They talked her through the entire exam, and made her very comfortable. I trust no one else to manage our family's radiology needs than Princeton Radiology in Freehold. Scheduling online is the easiest, upload your Rx, too. They typically call you within 24 hours to schedule. (*The only improvement I would suggest is the option to pick your own time online while scheduling, because our most recent scheduling took almost a week to get anyone on a call. But due to COVID this has become the norm for many businesses challenged with staffing, so I wouldn't let the wait deter you. It's worth the kind and caring experience.)

However, the billing department should receive a -5. I went for a breast ultrasound the end of April 2026. I was told that I had to pay for this service before I went in, which I did. When I received my EOB from my insurance company, the procedure was covered and I owed nothing. The insurance company paid them on 5/8/2026. I had to call several times over the past 3-4 months and kept getting a run around on my refund. I got my insurance company involved and low and behold, I finally received the refund on 9/8/26, exactly 4 months later. I will NEVER be paying for a service up front again unless I personally check with my insurance company and they tell me exactly what I will owe. This was a horrible experience and so much time wasted all because they were hoping I would go away.

My fiancé fell down the stairs and twisted her ankle really bad. Nine days have passed, she can't walk on it at all, she has been in excruciating pain and after two ER visits they finally admitted her to help manage the pain. The hospital for whatever reason wouldn't do the MRI , so before being admitted the day of, her podiatrist was able to get one approved at this location. The doctor requested the results STAT. We are now on day three waiting for the results. The hospital needs the results to determine next steps. We were assured an on- call radiologist would read the test and send the results over and it never happened. The hospital ordered another MRI because of this but the insurance company denied it because one was already approved. Blue Cross Blue Shield doesn't care about the circumstances because it's all about money to them, just like Health Village Imaging! This is absolutely ridiculous and infuriating. We keep calling calling and calling only to be dismissed. Nobody cares!!!

I've never had any issues with previous blood work that I have gotten done dozens of times. He asked which arm, I told him whichever he thought was best for him. Previous they always take blood from a very prominent vein on my center left arm. For whatever reason, this guy thought a vein on my right side arm was better. When taking the blood, I felt a severe pinch when he was changing vials I assume from him moving or whatever the case may be. I'll say I don't even feel the initial pinch ever so I knew when I felt this part way through that something wasn't right. After arriving home my arm was very sore to where I couldn't bend or straighten it much without feeling pain. Today the pain is gone other than a typical bruise and I am left with a nasty looking bruise. Obviously the needle was inserted wrong or this would've never happened ESPECIALLY when I have never been susceptible to easy bruising.
