I thought this place was friendly and helpful, but a Caucasian guy named Chris is the worst! The Quest diagnostic telephone recording clearly states if your paperwork from your doc doesn't come thru, that they'll still service you. And to avoid the common unhelpful clerk, I called to make sure if they have received my paperwork from my doc office. This guy flipped thru a large stack of papers, said he didn't see anything and nothing came thru. This guy didn't know his mouth from his ass, and didn't know how or want to do his job and simply showed me out the door. just the worst! read more

I had to go get my blood drawn and I do it from the hand. They girl kept insisting that it hurt more if I go in the hand. I told her that for me it is more psychological and I do not want her to draw my blood from my arm. She started staying my blood in my and and She blew my vein and it swelled up to a big bubble then she had to try again and it is a bubble too. I got dizzy, sweaty, nauseous, my ears were ringing and I my hands were tingling. They had me sit and wait until I felt better and kept asking if this always happens. I said no it never happened before. After I left my hand was in so much pain and I have been icing it to keep it from turning blue. After two days I got he lumps to go down. Exceptional experience! Was hesitant about going on my lunch break but had no other choice with the hours of operation. Made an appointment a few hours before heading to Quest and checking in was very easy! Had a seat and my name was called right away, i was in and out of there. Employees were nice and comforting. Will definitely return to this location if I'm ever in need of more bloodwork! read more

walked in with my wife about 9:30am and the receptionist was having a conversation with another girl. (coworker) that's was fine and dandy but she didn't look up as my wife was standing in front of her for about a minute. My wife signed in and walked away. About three seconds after she sat down, the girl called my wife's name. I didn't like that , since my wife is pregnant as all Heck right now. Now, the gal wasnt disrespectful, but she had a tone like we were pestering her a bit. I don't know her name because nobody wears a name tag. But whatever. Now the place is clean. I'll give them that. But that's about it. Very few reading material. Would a few Sports Illustrated mags kill you? I guess my only REAL issue is, when greeting people, taking calls and retrieving faxes is your main job, you HAVE to do it well. As is now sit in the waiting room, my wife is having blood drawn. The girls in the back seem nice and I can actually see my wife in the back. For me, EVERY business starts with 5 stars. They have to do something (or NOT do something) to lose them. This place would be 5 stars if they treat people a little better. First impressions are the strongest. read more

Went to the Quest on Commerce by the Target! This one has Rude young girls that look like they partied to much the night before. They just ignored folks as they came the door. When you did get the kid to look up from her computer she acted as if you were a huge bother. Dont go the Quest by Target!!! read more

They're opened on Saturdays, which is great, and they're not as busy as the one in Tracy. It would be nice if the staff limited talking and focused more on doing their jobs. No one cares about your car or your husband or whatever, just draw blood and get on with it. Less talking and more working would have made the process more efficient. They lost my sons blood test. They have one job; to draw the blood then test it, and they failed. Every time we have to come here we feel like we are bothering the workers. They do not care about the patients at all. If you have other options then do yourself a favor and use another facility. I am so aggravated that I am changing physicians to a doctor that draws blood onsite. That is how terrible this place is. read more
