I have visited two of the three sites in my area and have found them to be exceptional in these ways: got it done with only one needle stick, got professional and skillful people. Q always has long waits. Yes they are shorter with appointments. it is often crowded at Q. A couple years back, my doctor said, Do you want to go to Q or Pacific Diagnostic labs? I had never heard of Pacific. I said I would try Pacific. WOW!!! This place has never had more than 3 people in the waiting room!! You do not need to make an appointment. Say what??? It is so dang convenient. The test results are super fast!!! Many of the doctors who are affiliated with CMH can see your blood results. So my gastroenterologist can check out my results as well as my endocrinologist. Easy peasy. I forgot to add my general doctor to my lab work. You can tell Pacific labs of all the doctors you want to see your test results. Pacific Diagnostic Labs are nearly perfect. I did have a couple of times when my insurance said there was a problem. I called and these 2 issues were resolved. I believe that there is only 1 or 2 people who work here. I do not know the name of the main gal. She checks you in and does the tests. She is a 1 woman show. She is always kind, friendly, & professional. I low-key do not want word to get out so this place doesn't get crowded and yet, I owe my fellow yelpers this knowledge.

I have "rolling veins" that are very difficult to draw blood from. I have been sent away from both other labs after multiple pokes without them being able to draw any blood. Pacific Diagnostics only ever takes one poke. I have been told I had to leave and come back, and the girl is really good at what she does. Never leaves any bruising, never any pain or discomfort. I received efficient, professional work done; and before I arrived back home the results were in!!!! I made a same day appointment in the middle of the night, traveled to Santa Barbara, got my results of one of the most accurate tests for covid in a few hours. Just excellent professional service and a life saver! I would never be able to board the plane if they were not as efficient as they were... The airports around this area should refer people with international flights connections to them. It would have saved me from a lot of suffering!
