I arrived at 5:45 AM for a 6:00 AM opening and was the first person in line for standby. I expected to wait--that's understandable. What wasn't understandable was waiting over 2 1/2 hours without a single standby patient being called. Throughout that time, they took scheduled appointments (as they should), but they also took patients who arrived early for later appointments while every standby patient continued to wait. The posted sign says "Walk-ins Welcome" with a wait expected, but it appears this location doesn't meaningfully accommodate walk-ins at all. We asked the staff multiple times whether they would be taking standby patients, and each time we were told, "Yes." Yet after more than 2 1/2 hours, not a single standby patient had been seen. To make matters worse, I was fasting for my blood work and ultimately had to leave without getting my labs done. I wasted an entire morning for nothing and now have to find another location to complete the testing. This was an extremely frustrating experience, and I will not be returning to this Quest location. If you're planning to come as a walk-in, I would strongly recommend making an appointment elsewhere instead read more

This place is the worst !!! The lady that works there is a disgrace. There was another lady in the office waiting for labs that has lung cancer and her o2 was running out they kept us waiting so long and the lady that worked there was rude to the lady with lung cancer. There was nobody working in the front. Nobody to help sign in. The lady that finally came to the front was so rude and not helpful at all. After waiting for two and a half hours for much needed labs they sent my sick son away. They said they were closing. They had him wait for two and a half hours and then said they couldn't do it and were closing. She was rude and dismissive and should work somewhere else where she does not work with people and certainly not sick people. read more

If I could give zero stars, it would be zero!!! my husband went in with a drop off specimen, waited an hour and a half. Then was told that they wouldn't get to him that day. The specimen was time sensitive. At times there was only one other person in the waiting room, but they always took the person that came after him. This location is rude and incompetent. The location itself is easy to find and has plenty of parking. The waiting room is clean and has not too much seating but there was enough for everyone that was booked for their appointments. I was seen on time and my phlebotomist was very helpful, kind, and quick about my blood drawing. I would recommend this location for question lab appointments! read more

I had a wonderful experience here two days in a row. I was called early before my appointment. The phlebotomist was skilled and kind. It barely hurt! The second day I brought my son in for his blood work and we were lucky to have the same phlebotomist Lynyrd. I feel grateful for the level of care we were given. read more

Had a great experience with Tony! To be honest he is the best phlebotomist I've ever had. I was doing a Function Health blood draw which was 13 vials in total and was not looking forward to my 7:40 AM appointment. I have notoriously small veins, and he had no trouble at all. I didn't feel it going in or exiting which I usually do. I donate blood a few times a year and it's always an issue. Tony made the whole experience pleasant as he is so friendly and professional! The office is chilly but there is plenty of seating inside and right outside the door. Parking is great and if you book an early appointment they are usually running on time. read more

I was a walk in for blood work for a physical. It was around 0900 in the morning. I waited less than five minutes and was called back. The woman was kind, efficient, and the blood draw was painless without bruising. That's a "win" for me. Covid protocols were everywhere; you can even choose to wait outside the building if it makes you more comfortable. Without hesitation I would choose to go here again when needed. read more

I came as a walk in after being discharged from urgent care to do a test. I checked in on their automated system in the waiting room, and it told me that the wait is going to be 30 to 60 minutes. After 90 minutes of wait, when one of the technicians walked out to call a person, I asked him how long am I going to wait. He said that they will not be able to get to me today. I came on Thursday, 3/21. This was my first visit to this location. It a smaller location, but I was pleased with the experience. I had an appointment. I arrived about 5 minutes early and checked in. There was plenty of seating and only two other people waiting. I was taken in at my exact appointment time. Tony was friendly and efficient and made it a pleasant experience. I'll start out with the one small negative so it's out of the way. Last Friday I received a call I needed an MRI this Friday. I had to have bloodwork done so I found the closest location that I didn't even know was there. Online it stated the walk in wait was 8 minutes. I abandoned my work and ran over. Woh woh woh. Walk in wait was 2 hours. I decided to go home and make an appointment for Monday - as I was told my test was easy and would have results in a day, three at the latest. Sorry, there's a second negative. My MRI is tomorrow morning and I still don't have my results, four days later. Anyway, the positives. This place is really clean and the employees are very friendly. When I left last Friday, by the time I got home there was only one appointment left for Monday - thankfully I was able to swoop it up. When I arrived Monday, I checked in at the kiosk and had a seat. I waited maybe 5 minutes and then was called up to the front. After that I was taken back and the phlebotomist was also very friendly. He got me first try, not always easy to do yet I still ended up with a huge bruise. He was very nice and talking to me about some anxiety hacks he had seen online and that was awesome. I'm going to try them out. Hand sanitizer and gloves are available outside on the table before you even enter. There is also hand sanitizer on the counter. All employees are wearing masks, gloves, and face shields. Definitely felt safe here. Couple thoughts - don't trust the online wait times for walk ins and try to make your appointment as soon as you can - they go fast. They do have a high risk hour every day (maybe 2 hours?) but there were zero appointments online and I was told during those times it's about 2 hours for walk in as well. I didn't have much time to be flexible with an appointment time but got lucky. read more

I'm quite surprised at some of the low ratings and bad reviews of Quest in RSM. I am very used to LabCorp and this was my first impression of Quest and I am very pleased! I definitely recommend setting an appointment online as I did to ensure you don't have a long wait time. I was able to book an appointment just the day before. They send you reminders as you prefer and texted me a link to check-in on my phone. Upon arrival, there were several other patients waiting to be seen. I saw a few different phlebotomists calling patients back and was already impressed as most of my experiences have been just one phlebotomist with a long line. They were able to call me for my appointment right on time and the phlebotomist, Ivan, was very personable. Ivan made me feel comfortable and was very warm, which is important for me as I get nervous for blood draws. Ivan verified my information, donned clean gloves, and got my vein on the first try! I was in and out in probably 2 minutes. I would definitely recommend! read more

Terrible locations. Dirty! Smells like urine, employees are gowned up to the max but didn't change gloves when touching doors, samples, computers and patients so not recommend. Walk though the door and see blood samples with private info on them which is against privacy laws. I was at another location recently with a great experience so it's not Quest just this location. Only waited about 5 minutes before being called. Jose, the phlebotomist was efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and went the extra mile to ensure I had a good experience after sharing that needles weren't my favorite. Was seeing some negative reviews so I came in for mine (I don't have one! ) ... Loved that I went online, scheduled an appointment (in 25 minutes from the time I scheduled), walked into the Quest Diagnostic in 8 minutes, the phlebotomist comes walking out of the lab area, seconds of when I walked in, takes me in, chit chat for a bit while getting all the necessary info, draws blood (I told Tony that I had a really bad experience, and he guided me in the best way possible) barely felt it, and didn't even leave any marks - just a pink dot where he put the needle in... Walked out - the whole entire experience in less than 15 minutes - from me making the appointment at home to walking to my car afterwards! Best blood drawing appointment, ever! Thank you Tony! Apparently they said they had called my name when I asked about it when I got back and I was told I'd have to be treated as a walk in. A male patient had done the same while I was waiting as a walk in and he was not told he had to be treated as a walk in and that he would be next. read more

If I can help it I will never go to Quest Diagnostics again. In the future I will go to Labcorp because I get my results in about 24 hours. I will only be going to Quest Diagnostics in the future!!!! I am so grateful for the incredible person who drew my blood! I am terrified of having blood drawn (I have the worst veins ever, people can never find them) that I waited 6 weeks to make the appointment. The person who took my blood was so kind and skilled. He spent a lot of time to fine the perfect place to take blood and he did it with one stick. He also realized how stressed I was and he took time to ask me to breathe and relax. I had been having health complications for over 3 weeks and my doctor ordered me to get a blood draw. I made an appointment at Quest and arrived on time and per usual, they were running behind. The workers are looking for any excuse to clock out early and leave and have no regard for their customers. They were claiming that they close at 3:30 and telling the 8 or so patients sitting in the waiting room that they need to reschedule. I was told I could not get a blood draw because I am a minor but when my Dad showed up they had already cancelled my appointment. Horrible service and rude workers. read more
