I showed up at 7 AM on a Saturday with no appointment after being told by my doctor the day before that I needed blood work for a procedure in 7 days (and also had a paper script for another doctor that I had been putting off for 1.5 mos.). The waiting room was empty and I literally waited 2 minutes before being called in. I was happy to see that they have simplified the iPad check-in system, as I have seen/read reviews about older people having a lot of problems with them. My Phlebotomist Kayla was very kind and caring. We had a great chat while she took care of me. She actually managed to make it pleasant experience! Great clinic. read more

Made an appointment online, arrived at my appointment time, there were six people in the waiting room, being that they were walk ins, I was taken right away. Courteous professional staff. Beware of this place!! The wicked witch and her oompahs do not take walk-ins with a system built for it. It will say we will do our "best" to accommodate your "valuable time" but you may be waiting an hour plus etc. It's in place for a reason. But whoever runs it, owns it, it is poorly managed and they refuse to use their noggins to put that sign on the door "ABSOLUTELY NO WALK-INS" " DO NOT SIGN IN AS A WALK-IN" out of courtesy. I wonder if that's the policy for Quest? Judging by the negative reviews left from others experiences with this staff at this very location should they all rawt in hail. read more

I have been to this location several times for bloodwork (I'm pregnant) and if you make an appointment online (which was super simple) you are seen within 5 minutes of signing in with the QR code they send to your email. If you do not make an appointment, well, be prepared to wait. You get bumped behind everyone who has an appointment, regardless of who was there first. Be smart and you will have a good experience. The staff has always been friendly, the facility is very clean, and I have never needed multiple needle pokes. They are trained well. read more

I will give them one star because they are open. Customer service is NOT key here. I can handle an hour wait, but I don't need to hear comments that indicate I am a burden to you, rather than the entire purpose you have a job. This is a place where you draw labs, take specimens, that's it. You should nail that. Three lab techs came in to tell my teenage freaked out daughter that her veins were not good, and that they don't like to do this because it makes their day longer. Your customer doesn't care how long your day is. It's their arm getting the needle, you don't feel the pain or have the anxiety. I expect professionalism and a modicum of compassion when a child is sitting in your chair. It is your job, your profession, something you should be proud of. As a matter of fact, EVERY customer of yours deserves at the very least compassion from you. They do not need your burdens, they have enough of their own. read more

I went to Quest this morning for lab work. I attempted to make an appointment online but it did not work. I kept getting an error. I decided to just walk in around 8:30am. It was packed with people. My estimated wait time was 40 minutes and I waited for approx. an hour and a half. However, after waiting I had a pleasant experience with the phlebotomist. She was very nice and apologetic for the wait. She said that next time I should try and make an appointment again. read more

Today I was there at 8 15 the digital sign in is not user friendly all you need is name and if you have an appointment or not you should not have to answer several questions. When I got in a little later then my appointment I sat in chair gave her my name and she said to me you have Blue Cross insurance I said no I have not had it in years. I said I have been here many times and my current insurance was always there. Obviously she was looking in the wrong screen and my account was not up to date. So I had to go get my card and she had to do it over again. Truthfully I resented the inefficiency of Quest and the person taking the information there is no excuse for it that's why we have computers to keep information updated. I am not going to keep giving them my information I will go somewhere else. Clean up ur act and fix that sign in it's just awful.... read more

Wow! What a terrible experience I just had. First, there is a digital check in (touch screen) that was too difficult for one of the older customers to navigate and I had to check her in. There is no option to see a person who works there. The front window is shut tight & locked- the door to the back is locked tight, and the front desk is complete deserted. For what it's worth, the entire place seems deserted- like some sort of zombie apocalypse has taken place and everyone who works there is gone. So that's crazy. Second, I drink lots of coffee (needed a potty) and the place is frequented by the elderly and folks with medical conditions (diabetes, kidney issues, diuretics, etc) that may require access to a bathroom. Couple that with exceedingly long waits, the lack of a public facility in the waiting area is totally insane! So, I really needed the bathroom, and despite my appointment (made online) being for 8:15 and the current time being well after 8:30- with my estimated wait time (listed on the tv) dropping literally every time someone new showed up...there was no place to go! Eventually, I gave up and left to use a bathroom elsewhere. Understand, I knocked loudly on the locked door and window to see if I could use the bathroom in the back... but the folks in the back -who obviously- (if they are even there) must have heard me. By the time I returned to the clinic, my name was off the list on the tv. I gave up and went to a different lab staffed by actual humans with a bathroom- should the coffee I drank and long wait get to me! read more
