We were able to get him the first spot in line (at 3am) and when he showed up at 8am, the entire place was dark and he had to look for someone who worked there. Only one person was in the building and it was a front desk attendant. They told him that they were indeed the only person there and there was no other providers or even nurses in the building. This is UNACCEPTABLE. He was transferred to another location because he was unable to be seen because no one decided it was a good idea to show up to work on time. I will be reporting this to corporate as this is not the first bad experience we have had at this location. We will NEVER go back and will always opt for a further drive to receive better care in the future.

We have had nothing but very positive experiences with this location for minor healthcare needs…read morethat couldn't wait until our doctor's office or pediatrician was open or available to see us. Examples of reasons we've gone here are strep throat, ear infections, swimmers ear, and sinus infection. We were properly diagnosed, we were seen at the time we expected (not a long wait if we walked in, seen within 5 minutes of appt time if we made an appt prior to coming in), ans it was very convenient to be able to pick up our prescriptions right there. Definitely recommend! I have gone to another chain pharmacy that offers medical visits and have never received this level of care. (The other location even sent me home after missing a pneumonia diagnosis & telling me I just needed to "let the cold run it's course." The other pharmacy has also mixed up prescriptions that would've killed or harmed our unborn child. Thankfully, we caught it ourselves at home.

My young teen daughter got a stomach bug that lingered for days and started getting dehydrated…read moresince she couldn't even hold down fluids. So we signed in online and were able to get an appointment right away which was wonderful and sure beat waiting in an ER for hours. The nurse and doctor were AMAZING with her and eased her anxiety about getting an IV. I get like she was in good hands, and She felt better by the time we left. Very glad to have this urgent care nearby that could offer fluids. I def Recommend them for non emergencythings like this.

I went to our urgent care in Saint Charles in November for a Covid test they were very efficient in…read morethe manner that they provided the test and the service that they provided I would give them many more stars than this the reason they have one star is because after my visit in November I got a bill in July that said the balance was unpaid I contacted my insurance company to discover that they had never submitted it for insurance payment in follow-up insurance company said it was paid then three months later in October I received a letter from a collection company saying that it was unpaid so obviously they are not paying attention to their billing practices.

We have a BeneFLEX card (medical Mastercard issued from my husbands employer). There wasn't anything left on the card because it was the end of the year so I asked if I could be billed and pay it in January. The lady told me sure no problem. She said she had to have a card on file in case I didn't end up paying the copay, so I gave her a debit card. She told me I'd be sent a bill and assured me as long as I paid that bill, my card would not be charged. So here we are... 1/16 and my debit card was charged for the visit. There wasn't enough money in that account to cover it so I ended up with an overdraft fee and overdraft fee for a couple of $5 transaction. When I called they said they could send me a refund check in the mail and then they could charge my BeneFLEX card. They said there is nothing they can do about the fees, I have to go to my bank! What the what??? I explained I hadn't received a bill or anything else from them so I am still unsure why my card was charged, he said the bill wouldn't be sent out until February 3. Ummm.... still unclear why my card was charged when I hadn't even received a bill yet? The medical service wasn't bad but I'll NEVER go there again since they don't seem to care about making things right when they make a mistake. So frustrating.

Went there because my doctor of 20 years switched from Mercy. He's awesome but can't say the same…read morefor their management. I'm a self pay for now. I called ahead of time and asked how much it would be. All was fine except they're nothing like Mercy. They want the money upfront...unless it's an emergency. The manager suggested I reschedule since all I needed was refills on my meds I've been on for 20 years. Really? I'd have to take off another day as a contractor and then bring my checkbook. I understand they have rules but I would have appreciated the person who scheduled me to tell me I'd have to pay that day. It was embarrassing and I hope the hag in the office is out delivering chemo packages with no money for water. I miss Mercy
