Terrible back office techs (phlebotomists) skill-level wise. My draw attempt felt very rushed and ended as unsuccessful. I suggested trying a different (adjacent) location using medically appropriate terminology as to where I was indicating but the tech had no clue what I had just said. My paperwork was returned and I had to ask what my options were to get my required draw as no alternatives were offered.

This is…read morethe second and third visit I have entrusted BayCare Outpatient Imaging with concerning my health. I have nothing negative to say about the care I received. Coleen was the receptionist / office manager who greeted me. She was polite, helpful, and just plain sweet. She was patient with me when I forgot about new year deductibles and she had no rudeness whatsoever. I had my MRI with Leah and Karen and the ladies were caring and compassionate. Leah recognized I was cold and offered me a warm blanket. The ladies I met were professional, kind, compassionate .... nothing bad to say about them or my care., The next day, I came back for a mammogram. Spoke with Coleen again. I thanked her for being so patient with me and she said, that is what I am here for. She said that with a sincere smile. I went with Kathy to get my mammogram and she was just like the other ladies.
