    Burger w/ fries

Staying in the hotel, my friends and I and a late-ish dinner here. The hostess greeted us and we were able to sit wherever we wanted. After a quick look at the menu we knew what we wanted. I went with a Caesar salad and added shrimp for protein. When it came out it didn't look like much but after I cut up the lettuce it was a good amount and a good portion. The tails were still on the shrimp, which if you read my reviews you know that's a big pet peeve of mine. I hate picking at my food when I eat. The dressing on the salad was good too. Overall, it was a tasty salad. My friends ordered tandoori chicken and a burger with fries. They enjoyed it. Our waiter was just okay. We had to ask more than once for refills on water.

Morning Canadian Classic ($19): good choice if you want to customize what you get and how!

=== 1. VERDICT/VALUE Hotel restaurants serve an important need for eats conveniently, but they come at a price. That is true here at the Quest; however, at least the eats are decent and the service is good! === 2. FOOD (I only sampled two breakfasts during the pandemic - no buffet available for Hilton Honors members.) Morning Canadian Classic ($19): Two eggs your way, your choice of bacon, sausage, and back bacon, with sliced red skin potatoes and your choice of toast. Three Egg Omelette ($19): Filled with spinach, mushrooms, green onions, tomatoes, ham, and sausage, the omelette comes with sliced red skin potatoes and your choice of toast. Both dishes feel small for the price (especially for the small amount of potatoes one gets) - but they were decently cooked. === 3. SERVICE The service saves the score; it is friendly and attentive and so makes up for the "value" part of the meals. === 4. ENVIRONMENT It's tastefully contemporary in decor, though the tables are a little close together. You may want to limit your group to four or less for ease of placement. I assume wheelchairs and baby strollers (I didn't bring my little one) only if a lot of juggling was done between chairs and tables. Parking is plentiful in the hotel parking lot outside.

This pork chop dinner was so delicious and totally unexpected. The dish had so much flavor and the black plum was a perfect touch. My friend and I ordered the same dish, and we both thought it was the best pork chop dinner we ever had. The Chef, named Mark came out to greet us and asked how we liked our food. He was very friendly and informative. It was readily apparent that he enjoys his work. In addition the waiter and servers were extremely polite and friendly as well. Highly recommended and the price was very reasonable. Make a dinner date and try this dish! One of the best!

    Not a bad spread!

Breakfast at the Hilton Mississauga (as with other locations) is included for diamond (and gold) members. While it's "only" the continental that's included (hot items, the centre table, is a few loonies extra), there's actually plenty to choose from in the first and third table already: fresh fruits, a juiced offering, cold cuts that include smoked salmon and cheese and a salami, plus the usual pastries. Coffee is a touch lack-lustre, but who knows if it isn't a ploy to get people to buy up!

As part of the wedding celebrations, Sunday was the day family were flying away and as most of them were at Hilton Meadowvale, the bride and groom did a brunch for the about 50 of us (not a typo). The restaurant is beautifully designed and a special mention on how the mirrors are used on most places. And a special star to the staff at Quest. Fantastic service with smile and all special requests were met, and there were quite a few. Now the food. Pretty standard fare - eggs, bread, meats, oatmeal, breads, cheese. The fruit mini bowls, grape tomato and bonnaccini cheese salad, fruit parfait were outstanding. The made to order omelettes are to be ordered with the staff rather than somebody making them in front of you. The coffee a little weak for our taste. But a nice spot.

Sicilian pizza and beer at the bar. Good stuff when traveling.

Been coming here a few times now and the food is consistently good and the staff is super friendly. Way to go Hilton!

I come here all the time for dinner and the food never disappoints. I came here for my anniversary with my boyfriend and we enjoyed our meal. We made a reservation for around 7pm, and they took us to the patio outside. I personally prefer being seated indoors, as it can get either too hot or too cold in the winter, but it is quite nice when the weather cooperates. The tables are also personally on the small side so keep that in mind if you're planning to order many appetizers. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and served us quickly. We ordered beef tacos to start. We usually get the fish tacos (which are some of our favourite tacos in the city) but we wanted to try something new. These tacos were great and the sauces were amazing. We then had the Burrata Fresco. It was our first time having this as well and we were quite pleased with it. The cheese was super creamy and went super well with the bread. Usually, the mains take a while to come, especially if you come on a weekend night (this was Father's day weekend, so it took a bit longer than usual) Finally we got to our mains. He had his usual, the Chimichurri steak sandwich, and I got a fish and chips, which i had never tried before. His steak was great and cooked really well. I've had the steak sandwich before as well and it was super well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Do keep in mind they only serve it with one slice of bread, though you can add an additional slice to make it a real sandwich. My fish and chips were good as well. The fish was thickly battered and was a little on the oily side but it wasn't bad. It went great with the truffle fries I ordered. The slaw was purple cabbage, which I think I prefer to the green cabbage kind. The restaurant was kind enough to give us a free cheesecake on the side with a cool flame sparkler for me and my boyfriend's anniversary. It was quite good and we thought is was quite generous of the restaurant. Overall, Taps is a great all rounder place to get food with your family or friends. They serve great pizzas here as well and I haven't had a dish I was disappointed with yet. It is on the pricier side, but if you have the ability to splurge, this is a great place to do so.

For my main I got the truffle mushroom ravioli, it was good but got a bit too salty towards the end. I also tried a slice of the pepperoni which was good as well. The patio was really busy when we went so I'd recommend making a reservation in advance!

Marriott elite members get this complimentary perk. After I had finished checking into my room, I headed downstairs to this restaurant, which is across from the front desk counter. I stood there to figure out if I just sat myself down anywhere or if I needed to wait to be seated. A woman running the whole show said to sit anywhere. So, I did. It took a while to get service. I'm guessing that there was at least one person cooking and she was working the bar and dining area on a Friday night. I wasn't in any rush. I wasn't hangry. All was great. She got me a menu. I asked her what I got for my voucher. She said that they were samosas. They were perfect, as I had had dinner before arriving at the hotel. I also ordered a Diet Pepsi. I needed a beverage to wash my food down. I got my Diet Pepsi first. It was fine. It wasn't as crisp as getting a Diet Coke from McDonald's would be. It was good. My samosa came out next. They were three bite-sized samosas with some sauce down the side of the plate. The samosas were delicious. They were packed full of seasoned potato, peas, and carrots. They were hot out of the fryer. I enjoyed them immensely. Had I not had dinner earlier, I would have grabbed some here. I liked my snack. I would imagine that the mains are just as yummy. I paid for my drink by charging it to my room. I actually forgot to bring a credit or debit card with me. I'm glad that this option to charge it to my room was there, so I didn't need to make a trip up to my room to fetch my wallet. It was comfortable dining here. I got to watch a bit of TV. Guest wifi worked well here. No complaints. I'd love to return here and have some more good eats. (390)

When we first arrived, we were greeted by a server, then shown to a large table near the window. We were told to order quickly as a few sports teams would be coming shortly, and the server wanted our food to come out quickly so we wouldn't have to wait. For starters, we had settled on the perogies, which I didn't find too appetizing as they were slathered in onions, which I don't particularly care for. However, the pizza was quite good, standard for any type of restaurant serving pizza. It was prepared well, and the ingredients were appetizing. The service was good too, and the restaurant was actually better then most hotel restaurants. Overall, the restaurant was good, and I would be intrigued to visit again in the future to try something else. There was also ample parking and the tables were widely spaced out, which gave us a lot of room to mingle as we were dining.

When I walked in? It definitely looked like a British pub! Not a bad thing, right? I was seated at the bar right away and ordered a Lionheart lager. It definitely hit the spot. As I perused the menu, I saw they had shepherds pie! Not the official one with lamb and all that - no, this was ground beef. But when a boy is hungry? Damn! You gotta go for it right? I put in the order, started drinking the beer, and waited about 15 minutes for the shepherds pie to come out. Man, that was one fine, looking shepherds pie! The mashed potatoes had been lovingly put on top and it had a nice little bit of red peppers and carrots and broccolini on the side - oh nice! I took my first bite, and I fell in love. Man, this place hit the spot! If you want a British style pub in the heart of Mississauga? Come here and you won't be disappointed. Next time I'm in the area I will come again.

It is a basic pub you're going to have your classic beers and pub type food they have an extensive list of burgers so I am assuming that's what they specialize in. The waiter also told me that there are chicken fingers are popular so I ended up getting chicken fingers and the person I was with got fish and chips and then we got the boneless bites for appetizer and the boneless bites we chose the maple chipotle sauce. The maple chipotle sauce was absolutely delicious a winner and probably should have got it for my chicken fingers. For my chicken fingers I did get Buffalo sauce and plum sauce just two classic sauces a portions are quite large that helps because I do find that they're pricing is higher than the typical pub the fries were delicious my food was hot you can tell that they just came out of the fryer and the chicken fingers were also hot as well. The breading on the chicken finger didn't have much taste so have to rely on the sauces to enhance your meal. the fish and chips unfortunately were a disappointment it was heavily breaded it said it was a whiskey batter and it seems like all they do is add whiskey to the batter there is absolutely no seasoning so it really is just a thick batter that is flavorless. We ended up just eating the fish we did let the waiter know that the batter was awful and he took the feedback but that's about it. The reason why we came here was because Taps had a 40 minute wait for a table for two and we were too hungry to wait that long. And honestly kind of wish that we did wait for that table at Tap. Short summary service was great they were attentive however the food is very average and the price is above average so I don't think that there is value for what you are getting
