I came to Wayne 4 times over the course of my weekend warrior project trying to get it to run and at every turn Wayne correctly diagnosed the issue and provided the needed parts at a fair price. If he did not have something new, he took me out back where the real work is done and found a used part, tested its efficacy, and sold it to me at a discounted rate. I was in for $300 on the non running motor and between a carb kit, coil pack, spark plugs, plug boots/wires and a new throttle arm, I am still under $425 on my total investment and have a motor that runs as good as anything you could buy new. I am not mechanically inclined, however I am able to follow directions to different tests that Wayne insisted I ran before purchasing parts without a proper diagnoses, and because of his recommendations I will be on the lake this weekend. Thank you Wayne and team for all of your help in this process and I hope to work with y'all again in the future.

I took my boat to Master Marine because the outboard stream of water was barely flowing. Service…read morecalled me after three weeks to tell me they needed to replace the Impeller. I gave them approval and another 1.5 weeks later they called back and told me it was fixed. I went and paid them and picked it up. When I got it home I put on the lower unit muffs running water and started the outboard. To my astonishment, the outboard gad the same problem - a weak stream! So, I removed the cowling on top and followed the water out rubber line to where the water exited in the side of the outboard and found a spring clamp and removed the plastic molded exit part and discovered a couple of very small round seashells partially blocking the water exit. I removed them and reassembled, including top cowling. I started the outboard again with the muffs and I once again had a strong stream of water exiting. even at idle! I called Master Marine service and told them they charged me for unnecessary repairs. They hung up on me! I do NOT recommend them under any circumstances. They never checked the simple thing!
