Never again! Horrible customer experience! They said my frames would be ready in a week and I went to pick it and they weren't delivered yet, which should have been delivered the day before or a time should have been mentioned. I left disappointed and none of the employees apologized for the inconvenience and were rude! Came back about an hour later to pick up my 4 frames asked for a bag, the guy said no and had to make two trips to carry my frames. No help was offered and the employees weren't busy. I suggest going down the street to Allan Jefferies. Also, the day I went in to pick out my frames the guy wasn't very helpful in choosing size and color... it seemed like he didn't know much. read more

This place is great. I took in 6 posters to be framed, 3 were standard poster sized, while the other 3 were irregular. Each only cost me $19.95 each (however, I really only paid for 5 since the guy miscounted, but when I mentioned it on my pick up date, he said to just forget about it). Quick Frame is by far the best framers I have been to in Los Angeles. I recently got some large format giclees framed here. Quoted nearly 500 at Grey Goose and Quick Frame did the same (if not better job) for 200. Since then, I've taken things both large and small to be framed and had things reframed (from shitty jobs done elsewhere.) Luis is the master of framing - and such an amazing person - you really won't find better customer service anywhere. I was very happy with the framing job by Quick Art Frame. I read the last review that said they could get things done fast so I gave them a call. I called the DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS EVE and needed a baseball pennant framed for the next day. The owner, Bob, took care of everything and got the order done in less than 24 hours! What a great business! He had tons of matting colors to choose from and had an eye for the colors I needed. I used to do photography shows, and this place is definitely somewhere I would recommend. They even put the wire-backing on so your picture hangs correctly no matter where its placed. I'm very happy with their services and would definitely go back! read more

I had a vintage movie poster that I was giving as a Christmas gift and wanted it to be perfectly framed. Pretty bummed on these guys right now. I get a lot of my art framed there. I just moved and had three new pieces framed last weekend that i intended to put up and finish my new place with this weekend. I called them yesterday and was told they were ready for pick up. I asked what time they were open until and the person on the other end said "today... we will be open until 530." I said "great, I'll be there by 4." At 4, they were at lunch and closed but had a sign that said they'd return at 4:15 so we waited. At 4:25, they still had not returned and there was no sign they intended to, so we left and figured we could grab the art the next day. I just looked their hours up and they are closed Sunday. I can't get to them within their weekday working hours so I'll have to wait another week to get the art I already paid for because they closed early for the weekend. That's super not cool, especially when they take payment in advance and make up their own hours. There phone doesn't allow you to leave a message. read more

I got a bunch of stuff - fine art prints and posters - framed here two weeks ago. The guy who works there (I can't remember his name) was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. He suggested a few mat/frame combos that I didn't like and was really gracious when I asked to see others. A few of the prints that I wanted framed with wood wound up being pretty pricey because the prints are enormous, but he gave me a discount on all of them after he saw me cringing at the prices. I really appreciated that he understood that I was on a budget and wanted the best framing job but couldn't pay an arm and a leg. I picked everything up a week later and it all looks amazing! I will definitely go back to frame my other prints... when my wallet recovers. read more

I don't know why most places charge around $100 to frame a poster. Quick Art Frame has those options, but if you are looking to get some crappy posters framed, they can do it for about $20 for a normal sized frame. I have used Quick Art twice for a couple of different sized posters. Each cost $20 to get framed (including the price of the frame). It took a week to get done. Customer service was great. I even asked for recommendations on hanging my frame and was given a free frame holder thingy for free. read more

The new guys seem like they can't wait to clock out but good selection and better prices than Aaron Brothers. Had a Foto Canvas to frame, my request was non reflective glass. Went to Michael's in Santa Monica, they quoted me $240 for one of the cheapest frames. That price included 60% off. Went home, did some research online and found this store. The employee was very friendly, quoted me $59.95 plus tax. I finally decided to take a nicer frame which he gave me for the same price. The order was completed on time, frame looks awesome and they even put a wire-hanger on the back. Friendly and helpful staff, fantastic job at great price. read more

nice in person, very agreeable gave 2 fair quotes and made good on the promise of turn around time. DID NOT HONOR the PRICING and more than DOUBLED it, normally I'd WALK away, I only used them because Giclee La wasn't in town... I HAD customers waiting. BOB was yelling at his employee and when asked for a) price sheet- it no exact measurement pricing, no "sq inch costs' b) it was vague and as i said there were NOW surprise charges. BOB then gets on phone with me, I compliment his turn around time and the printed canvas and paper pieces were good (push print, not science) he was SEMI defensive and I brought him to a calm, he STILL STUCK IT TO ME. So NO to this place which is sad because Im across the street and it would be great. BUT service and honoring your 42.26$ quote instead of inflaming it to 123.$ I do tons of printing and will NEVER use them again. -Peter read more

Of course I yelp'ed 'cheap frames' and found this place right next to the grove! love! Went in on a friday and was overwhelmed with the selection of frames to choose from, I dont have a price range here!! yay! "All the pieces we do here are custom so you get the best deals" said ceaser, he is definetly the guy to go to, kept it fun, joked around, and even offered to give me quarters for the meter so i don't get a ticket. I have used Quick Frame for the last couple years and was always super satisfied, but our office is moving out of the are so I figured framing is framing and I would try a shop closer to our soon-to-be new location... Boy was I wrong. I took 3 items to the new shop, 2 of which I had the same thing framed here at Quick Art Frame, without going into all the stupid details, the other shop lied to me and tried to charge me significantly more... So I hopped in my car and drove straight back to this shop. The service is always awesome and on just one of the three pieces they were $179.50 less expensive! I highly recommend this shop and will be coming back... No matter how far I have to drive! read more
