4.5 stars They were the cheapest service available in San Jose. Received quotes ranging from $900 to $3000, average around $1800. They fixed it like new. I did however notice some new minor scratches on a door, but it's no big deal when compared to what they fixed. They also left my seats, center console, main Tesla screen, and the protective floor mat on the driver side covered in some light dust. Would've been nice if they wiped it down before pick up, but I just did it myself with a microfiber towel, again no big deal for the great value they offered. They said it'd take up to 2 full business days until repaired, but it took 2 1/2 days instead. Highly recommend to anyone searching for a value service. read more

AVOID. They lie about their work, paint your car a completely different shade, drive it 40+ miles without your consent, and take no responsibility for the damage they cause to your car's value. I tried to get a small scratch/dent on the rear quarter panel of my new Lexus IS repaired by them and they ended up ruining the factory paint on the entire driver's side by painting it a different shade. They took my car out for a drive without asking me, only for me to find out later and their excuse was that the paint matching system wasn't working. What was the point of that drive if my car ended up with the wrong paint anyway? After multiple visits and lies they finally return my car and again lie to my face about not repainting the entire driver side when I can clearly see it's the wrong shade and was done extremely poorly. I had to get it fixed by a different paint shop who recognized the damage and tried to match the factory paint, but the damage is done and my new car's value is now diminished. They refused to compensate me for the work needed to fix their mistakes, or cover the loss of value. read more

I reached out for a quote this morning and got a response in like less than an hour. Brought my car over immediately to get an estimate because my hood doesn't close and I had front right bumper damage. They fixed my hood problem for me immediately and added coolant for my safety free of charge. They were also able to give me a clear estimate on time and pricing for the rest of the repairs and gave me a day to bring it in! I was in and out and felt so much safer driving home. I brought in my 240Z for new rear shocks, half shaft u-joints, and rear wheel bearings, and they had it done in a few business days for a very reasonable price. I also asked about a tune-up for backfiring and new driveshaft u-joints, but they advised that the driveshaft u-joints were unnecessary and that the additional fuel filter I installed caused fuel starvation, saving us from unnecessary work and money spent.
