Fantastic experience with P&C Auto Body repairing and partially replacing our BMW I4 rear bumper. P&C amazingly completed the entire project within 24 hours, even when needing to procure parts for it. Pricing was reasonable and the bumper looks brand new. I went to P & C for an estimate requested by Tesla Insurance. They originally quoted about $2,200, and the estimate was approved. Later, they called asking when I wanted to schedule the repair, even though I had already informed both Tesla and P & C that I planned to take the settlement instead of repairing the car there. After that conversation, the staff became disrespectful and told me I was wasting their time by getting an estimate for a vehicle I wasn't planning to repair with them. Shortly after, they submitted a new estimate for a much lower amount. When I contacted them about the change, they claimed Tesla had revised the quote, despite my adjuster repeatedly confirming that Tesla never changed anything. Very unprofessional experience overall. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here. read more

I chose this Body Shop because of their 5 star rating. Needless to say I was so pleased with their service that I also have no problem giving them 5 stars. After my work van was vandalized, I took it first to my Insurance Co's preferred provider. Big mistake. Due to it's age of 26 years, that body shop said they could not get the parts needed to fix it so reported it to my Insurance as a total loss. I took it to P&C Auto Body and Hung told me yes, we can fix it no problem. They did an excellent job on it, and very reasonable. The 1st body shop estimated the repairs at $1500. Contacted the insurance and processed the claim. I have asked them to fix 2 more items that were outside of the claim and they did an amazing job and a fair price. Our back light was fixed like brand new; but what really did it for us, was the simple customer service that they provided, by cleaning our front headlights. This is definitely the best auto body shop in San Jose; I wouldn't go anywhere else for auto body repairs. I (very unfortunately) was in two separate car crashes within the first two months of 2024 and both times I took my car here to J&C Auto Body. They answered the phone every time I called or texted for updates and worked directly with all insurance companies involved. I was also able to drop my car off the same day as the accidents both times (although I may have just been lucky with their availability/schedule). Neither accident was my fault, so I didn't owe any out of pocket money, but per the paperwork I saw, I would also say that they have fair prices (but again, I had all work paid for through insurance companies).  Hung was also absolutely amazing with communication and overall customer service. Repaired to Perfection for two old cranky BMW afficianados. It is time to resell a M550i that had scraped over every parking barrier it had seen. The bottom and front underbumper were not pretty. Huong and company had it spiffed up, repainted, and some small parts replaced with in two days. The shop is very clean and well organized. People were no nonsense, straight to the point, kind and patient with us. No explaining, jabbering or ducking questions. They were straight to the point, no haggling or dissembling. Business was easy to finalize and get underway. (Checks preferred over credit cards.) Some sensors were recalibrated to BMW requirements, and we were out of there. Perfect. You know these are detailed and consciencous guys after seeing the Outstanding bonzi in their shop. Price was certainly less than BMW, but with BMW quality, and better yet, nice people, and none of the procedural delays we had experienced and experienced even today, (and I mean a 11:45 appt today) on Stevens Creek. I just had parking rash repaired at P&C on my 2018 BMW M550xi. I couldn't be happier. I originally called because I was looking for anyone who might be able to give me an estimate on a Saturday afternoon. I stopped phoning around when we found P&C. We got there as quickly as we could. Parking there is difficult as it is at most body shops. They took the car in, put it up on a lift, and I would estimate we were on our way with an itemized written quote in 45 minutes. Returned on Monday to put a deposit down, received a call on Tuesday that they had the parts in they needed to replace, dropped the car off on Wednesday, and picked it up on Saturday. Now please, let's all be adults. My repair is not representative of any one else's work so please if you go to them do not expect them to be able to perform on this schedule unless the stars align on your work as they did on mine. I needed some parts replaced and we discussed possibly using manufactured parts but none were available so it was OEM BMW to meet my schedule. I am finicky as most BMW owners are. Work is first class. Would not hesitate to take my car back or recommend to anyone. read more

While it's known for autobody repair, I brought my car in for a power steering flush and change the spark plugs. I went to another place and couldn't get a hold of them for over 2 weeks. so I called P&C and they were able to see me immediately and fixed the axel fluid leak on my older lexus on the same day! Also, due to my occupation, had to pick up the car 1 hr late. The owner stayed behind just to allow me to pick up the car! I highly recommend this place!
