They did an estimate and was initially told the work would take a few days. It ended up taking almost two weeks. Yes, I kid you not. How inconvenient and annoying! Nobody kept me updated on the status. I needed a rental - they work with Enterprise on that. I had to keep calling and checking on the status of my vehicle and then calling Enterprise to extend the rental vehicle. When I called here, I felt like I was bothering them! My car looked fine after the repairs, but it was just the back and forth and it really should not have taken that long. There are plenty of other shops around. I dropped my car off on a Friday afternoon. Picked up a rental a few streets away from Enterprise. The following Monday they called me with an estimate and told me to expect my vehicle about 10 days later. They got it done within a week and my baby looked brand new. They will not even take accountability for the issue they caused directing me to go elsewhere instead of offering to fix the problems. Obviously somebody here is incompetent & caused wiring issues with my car but they don't want to be held liable, insisting that this issue came from the accident although I was driving the car for 2 weeks after my accident & it didn't have issues. After reviewing documents and photos, they went to pick up vehicle and fixed vehicle. They saved me a few hundred dollars that was needed to not have my vehicle go to chopping block. Jamal and Mike where very helpful in process. It them a little over month to fix vehicle and when I got it back it looked brand new. Mike showed me pieces from the job. We asked for a shorter time since it was my daughter's spring break. At first they said it was ok but then they changed their mind. They insisted on a minimum of three weeks. I think that they run a racket on the tesla loaners and charge the insurance with luxury rentals. Their main focus was to secure as much money they could procure for themselves ignoring all the requests of the customers. In total they took around $12,000 for a repair of less than $2000 for an average paint shop. (they tell everyone a minimum of three weeks!)

They gave me a repair estimate of $17,335.18 on October 15, which seemed reasonable, and I assumed work was being done. For over two months, I waited with no updates. Suddenly, on December 5, they emailed demanding the loaner back immediately and threatened a police report for "failure to return a rental vehicle." I called their rep (Alfonso), who said he would extend the loaner--he never followed up. That evening, the loaner was remotely disabled (Valet Mode) while I was driving, stranding me overnight in 20°F snowy/rainy weather on a busy DC street. I had to pay for towing myself to avoid freezing. The next morning (December 6), they called police (Rockville and Prince George's County), claiming I failed to return the rental. They also told officers my Florida license was "fake" or fraudulent. Police cleared me immediately. I repeatedly explained my disabilities (immune-compromised, OCD, ADHD, anxiety) and asked for accommodations to get my medication and belongings from the loaner (less than ¼ mile away at a friend's house). They refused and left me stranded without transportation or meds ever since. Now they demand over $14,000 in storage/rental fees--almost as much as the repair estimate--yet no work was ever done on my car. I have video, emails, bills, and records. This was unsafe, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Avoid if you value safety and clear communication.

So I will trust them in the future to give an honest assessment of my vehicle. I also liked that you can drop off in the morning through the slot before the office opens. If you need an honest mechanic - they're not just a body shop - feel confident in giving them a try.

He hopped in the car and drove 1 yard, immediately told me what he thought it was, and warned me to avoid driving the rest of the weekend as grinding the wheel in extreme heat was risky. He said to come back first thing Monday morning to get it lifted up and properly examined. Came back Monday and the team figured out I needed to replace the caliper and brakes. Price was fair and they said they could do it same day within 3 hours, so I let them work on it and had them do an oil change as well. I'm very grateful for Brian and his team, taking the time to explain what was actually needed and why, and not overselling me on additional services. Brian estimated that he could have my car fixed within a few days. The whole job took one week because he found other significant damage in the interior of my car which I didn't know about. Overall he communicated well, asked if I wanted to fix everything and had such a positive attitude. Also they do excellent work for a reasonable price. I almost wanted to keep this gem to myself but the world (or Silver Spring) needs to know where to go for superior auto care whether mechanical or auto body. They also cleaned the interior of my car. I don't want to come back for anything other than oil changes but if I need a job done in the future, I know where to go. Most of the garage usually will take more than a day to fix the problem. Titan understands your priority, and they have some vendors for parts that they can order in fast. Since it is so close to work, so I can usually make an appointment and they can get it done on the same day! The mechanics are very experienced, they just test drive and can often tell you what the problem is, i am very impressed at how good they can fix the problem. Also the price is very reasonable, i don't think they have charged me more than any other place that I have been.
