The garlic knots were so dry they were stored in a pizza box. I felt these were more like garlic dinner rolls. The garlic knots I know are soaked in a buttery garlicky oil, these weren't that. The white pizza was good but again, a bit dry. I would have liked more ricotta all over under the mozzarella. It also just didn't have much oil, which I understand is a preference. I know some people who blot their pizza to get some grease off, I'm not one of those people. In fact, I once went to a pizzeria where they give you flavored oil with your pizza to enhance it, those are my people. I saved the best for last- the vodka margherita. The vodka sauce had a good flavor and there was a good amount, the fresh mozzarella paired nicely. Overall, I didn't feel like this was a good representation of Jersey pizza, or Brooklyn for that matter.
