I dropped my iPhone 7 and the screen cracked so I was trying to find local places in Alameda that can fix it. I saw this place on Yelp and had good feedbacks so I went in to drop off my phone. As it turns out that they didn't have the part to fix it at the time but Louis was a real good guy to do business with because he ended compensating me with a discount and a phone case since they didn't know that they did not have to part before I went in and dropped off my phone. He was able to order the part and let me know when it was coming in so I went back when the part came in and it was a quick fix. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to get their phone fix, I will definitely come back if I ever need to get my phone fix. read more

Louis was great. I asked for a quote a couple of days ago for a battery replacement , he got back to me within 10 mins. He told me the exact amount and how long it would take. I went in to the store the repair, turned my iPhone in and he told me that it would be about 45-1hr since he had a repair in front of me. I said great, be back after i went for a run in about 50 mins and the phone was ready. Great turnaround and awesome professionalism. Will go here again for repairs!!! read more

A few months back when I was desperately waiting to replace my current pda with the verizon iphone, I knew I'd have to visit Louis to get myself on that crazy list! for some reason, verizon was offering the iphone to existing customers before new customers, and being a new customer, I already knew there was no way I'd get my hands on one before. So I went to quick communications and Louis had an iphone waiting for me before anyone else! So I was able to get mines a week before everyone else! the service here is always fast, and I love being able to see familiar faces. I hate waiting in those bigger corporate stores with 10 other people in front of me, especially when I know I just have a simple and fast transaction. if Louis is ever out of stock on a item, he's always happy to special order my product. I've been going to Louis and Quick Communications for years! I got my pager here as a young teenager. Louis and his team is very knowledgeable on the latest products and promotions. Louis has even gone as far as to evaluate my data usage to help me find the right plan. I would never dream of going to anyone else. I live in Long Beach now, and made time to come here for new phones for my parents. Today, Elisza helped us out today. She was very helpful showing the features of the new phones to my parents, and explain the upgrade fee as well as the price break down to my parents. I was dealing with Verizon for weeks trying to figure out how I could get a new phone and switch from my family plan to my own single plan.... Verizon was giving me the go around and everyone telling me different things that were going to cost me tons of money or inconvenience. I walked past Quick Communications and noticed their Verizon sign, so I stopped in. I was walking out with a new phone for free (using an upgrade others weren't telling me about!) with the best customer service EVER just 5 minutes later!!!! The owner was very friendly and said "oh no problem. This is what you can do" when I mentioned what I needed and that was that. 3 days later when I broke my phone b/c I'm clumsy, he totally hooked me up and let me in on the scoop on how I can get a replacement phone no worries. I just want to thank Louis for the way he's always taken care of of my mobile phone needs over the years. (pretty much since Quick Communications opened). Last week, I dropped my phone and the screen broke. I called him immediately around 3:30pm and he asked me to get to him ASAP. He was waiting for me outside ready to grab my phone so he can take it to his tech (who was off already) I went inside to pay and the receipt already shows a discount :) (receipt shows 3:52pm). Vanna told me it should be ready by 6pm (at closing time). No, that was not the case at all. I had my phone back in 30 minutes I think. I got home was ready to sit down and I got a call saying it's ready. There were a couple of technical issues when I first got the phone back. But Louis, being who he is, came to my house, picked up my phone, fixed the issues and dropped it back off to my house! That's super above and beyond. My wife and I each bought new iPads with wifi and G4 ability. The iPads came with the SIM cards locked into a carrier we didn't want. We got no help from the vender or providers on line support. It really looked like we would not be able to use the carrier we wanted. We brought it into the shop and left 20 minutes later with both iPads hooked up and running on both G4 and wifi on the service we preferred.
