The bun was good and had a nice toasted look to it and I liked that they put the toppings on the side. But that's where the good part stops. As I mentioned, the burger was so dry. It wasn't even pleasant to eat. On top of that the patty wasn't even seasoned. So, it was flavorless and dry. I ate about half of it out of hunger and gave the rest to my dog. The two mozzarella sticks on the burger were alright. They were the run of the mill frozen mozzarella sticks and weren't really even cooked all that well. The two slices of bacon tasted and looked like that precooked bacon you get at Costco. While I do know people who like that stuff, I don't. If it was the precooked bacon from Costco (or even if it wasn't) it was thin and flavorless. As for the "crispy" fries that were supposed to be Cajun, I was sent plain fries. And they are those frozen French fries that have the crust stuff on them. I know people love them and I am not the popular opinion here but I hate those things. I just like a regular fry that is cooked nice and crispy. These double fried (for lack of a better word) fries are always gross in my opinion. But take that with a grain of salt because like I said, most people like those things. It was just all around a totally disappointing meal. Based on the reviews I was really hoping I would be finding a new burger spot but for me, this wasn't it. I just can't do overcooked burgers.

Super simple and easy to work with Larry, excellent hot dogs/food as well! Not wanting to cook for a large crowd on my husbands birthday, I decided to find some quick food that we could get catered to us. My husband loves simple BBQ foods like hotdogs and hamburgers so when I came across Quick Dog on yelp and read some of the reviews I had to give it a try. Safe to say everyone looovveed them, I especially found the polish dog to be fantastic! Quick Dog is very easy to work with, they provided all of the utilities and condiments, and they took care of all of my concerns with food allergies, no problems whatsoever. My wife and I were in Downtown San Jose last night and we saw the owner Larry from Quick Dog setting up shop on North Almaden across from Sabor night club. I got the polish dog which was great my wife got the southern dog which sounded strange but had very good texture. It had chili, bacon, coleslaw, onions, etc. We had just stopped at In-N-Out in Sunnyvale earlier, and were not super hungry but i wanted a kraut do so we stopped. Love this hotdog stand for a late night snack. The food is always hot and consistently good. There are plenty of toppings to choose from and their hot link is one of the best around. I personally love downing a couple Quick Dogs after a night of going out at Sabor Lounge in DT San Jose CA. I have also had them at an event.
