The staff were super friendly, and self-serve condiments were available in front of the truck -- ketchup, sauerkraut, relish, diced onions, ketchup, and various types of mustard. Got a hot dog. It was small and thin, maybe 6 inches long, and came on a small plain bun. The taste was fine, nothing noteworthy, far from a gourmet dog, although maybe their polish dog or other sausages are better. It wasn't bad for the price, even if kid-sized. Based on my experience, not for catering but purchasing from their food stand, I think 3 stars is appropriate.

They have 3 sauces available, green and red sauce and then a pretty spicy orange sauce made with habanero. Your plate comes with some pickled jalapenos and lime. Their super tacos are that nice griddled tortilla bottom that gives a nice crunch/texture to the taco. Fully loaded and taste is amazing. The Rojas family were friendly, easy to work with, they arrived early and even opened earlier than we expected. More importantly, the food was delicious! Many attendees said they really appreciated the traditional Mexican food with made-to-order spiciness. From "nothing spicy" to "give me the heat" the food was prepared to order. Everyone loved the food! I highly recommend them for weekend events. And until our next event, my husband and I will visit the Rojas truck that is at 540 Martin during weekdays.
