I immediately started calling around at 7pm and his company was the only one willing to come immediately. Less then an hour later he showed up and legit saved the day!! I guess the cess pool pipping wasnt done correctly which and there was some question as to the actual size of the cess pool I had, and some serious cloggage from toilet paper. Guy walked around and showed me everything be was talking about, because I understood nothing!! And spent the next two hours unclogging our cess pool and pumping it out. I lost my husband this year and am never sure about what to do when things go wrong in the house, since I never had to address those problems in the past.
