I came here yesterday after I drove over a nail which put a hole in my tire. The worker was friendly, and fixed my tire in about two minutes, for $15. I decided to tip him $5 (mainly because he was working during this heatwave). I drove around for hours afterwards, and everything appears to be fine. Sold me a garbage used tire and then over-tightened my bolts so once it was flat a week later, and I'm on the side of the highway, there was no way I could change it without a power tool. Even if I had ordered a new tire I would have likely had another problem because they sliced the air monitoring valve inside the tire. Took the next repair somewhere else and discovered their used tire had been patched on the sidewall - which is a no no. Picture uploaded for reference. I called in to see how much a patch would cost and was quoted $20. I showed up and we discoveded the puncture was in an unpatchable place of the tire. Understandable. So I came back here with two spare tires that I had for them to mount. When I showed up they told me it would be $10 each to do. I explained that my rims were just refinished and asked if they could be careful when mounting the tires. After they were done, they charged me $30 instead of the $20 I was quoted, on top of scratching both rims. Needless to say, I won't be coming back read more

Great, honest tire repair. They were The only nearby tire shop open when I ran over a high median on 4th Ave, demolishing my wheel. After having it towed there, they quickly took the wheel off, found a used replacement wheel, and then reported that the tire itself was still good. My neighbor recommended this place when I had a flat tire, which the AAA guy said still looked in good shape. They fixed whatever was wrong with the valve, cleaned the tire, took off the spare, and put on the fixed new one for $10 cash. It still has air in it. Came in looking for some used tires and was going to replace all four. After looking at all my tires one of the employees let me know I only had two that needed replacing and my other two still had good tread left. I highly recommend this business! Someone had slit all 4 tires on my Toyota parked in Prospect Heights. Somehow I was towed to the NYC Tow Pound at Brooklyn Navy Yard... Raffi was very kind. It took hours to get checked out of the Tow Pound. I had called Raffi and he was willing to stay past 6 pm til I was towed to his shop on 4th Ave. He found a set of used tires that fit my car and installed all 4 for a total of $130. He was the only one who would offer used tires; everyone else claimed they only had new ones for $100 each, altho they said they sold used tires! Be sure you call Raffi. He will be very helpful and offer reasonable prices, too! read more

They were great! Got a nail in my tire two days before I was supposed to drive 100 miles away. Didn't have any time to get it fixed. A friend referred me here and I'm so glad because I was in and out in 15 mins. Plus they are open late which made it even easier. I drove up, they took the tire off, found the hole, plugged it, filled it back up with air and I was on my way. So efficient, honest, and reliable. The whole thing was so cheap too. I have been to different tire shops and these guys by far have been nice and always helpful even when they couldn't fix my issue. Recently I had a rim problem and they didn't have it but made sure to direct me to where I could find it. I had checked in a bunch of places and no one had my rim. This shop is amazing! A great find for people looking for competent, quick service and honesty which can be tough to find in the auto repair world, especially for a woman. I had 2 flat tires, it turns out both were punctured purposefully. One was a tire I had purchased from Rafi's 3 months earlier as part of a set of back tires. They patched that one, and put a tire I had in my garage on the other, and their fee was very reasonable. They did not even ask me to show my receipt. I misunderstood the fee and when I gave them more money that they asked for, they gave it back to me; could have kept it and I would not have been the wiser. That is honesty. They work hard and quick - 2 guys. I will send my friends there and will use them for all my tire needs from now on. Great people!!! read more
