He worked with us to get a used tire on the rim, balanced, and ready to go. He got the tire out of the car, and when it was done, he put a bag over it and placed it back in the car. Especially noteworthy was the initiative that he exercised in giving us the tire for free, only asking that we come back and purchase tires from them in the future. He is from this area and is a trusted neighborhood businessman. I was in a horrible accident in Warsaw and crushed between 2 trucks. I was on my way to a festival as a vendor and had thousands of dollars of merchandise in my car. My partner called Terry when I was in the hospital and Terry made arrangements with the local towing company to store my vehicle inside a locked facility until it he could have it towed back to his garage so I could try to salvage as much of my merchandise as possible. The car was a complete loss, he was not going to make any money out of this. He did it all because that is just who he is, a decent man and friend to all of his customers.

After I brought the tires in, they offered only $10 per tire, then raised it to just $12.50 per tire. That is $50 total for four good-condition EV winter tires that originally cost around $1,000. The offer was ridiculously low and felt like a complete waste of my time. I would not recommend bringing used tires here unless you are ready to be lowballed.
