Associate DAVIEON is AWESOME!!! He is the FIRST associate to actually spray my rear windows on my vehicles!! Everyone else just sprays the fron and points to put your vehicle in neutral. I came to get my car washed and Jarod noticed that I had a black rubber streak on my white car. It was NOT caused by Quick Quack. He said " Hey I used to work at a detail shop" and a special pad with soap and water will clean it right up. He went and grabbed it and quickly rubbed the black streak off my car while I was parked in the vacuums area. He went way beyond his job description. Went to this location on the 24th of May and my husband talked me into the unlimited washs. They took all my info and ran my card. Went back two days ago (May 31) and the girl entered my license plate and asked what I needed. I told her I should have unlimited and she (with the biggest attitude) says Um no you don't. After arguing with her and showing her my bank acct showing the charge she says I can let you through this one time but call customer service. After calling and speaking to Gio and arguing again another 30 minutes he tells me he will have someone email me. Which brings me to today. Came to this Quick Quack with a free carwash voucher. I drove up and went down one of the lanes and was greeted by an employee and he was so delightful and handed me a wipe to wipe down my dash, center console, or whatever later.. I gave him my free carwash voucher and he sent me on my way to the carwash where another employee directed me so that I can get on the track and she pre-wash/soaked my car. From there, I just sat in neutral and went through the wash. The vacuums were free so I pulled up next to one and flipped the switch to turn on the vacuum. It vacuumed well but I noticed broken glass around the cement where I parked. What's up with that? I don't know. I used the wipe that was given earlier to wipe down the interior. Wish I had more wipes but really, it was all free so I'm happy with 'it is what it is' and the staff was so great. I've never been to a Quick Quack before. I know nothing about prices. I came because I had a free voucher. People were great. My car is cleaner than it was before. I'm happy. read more

POS place. Ripped off the antenna on my Tundra. Took them 5 weeks to call me and tell me that they won't cover it When according to their own signs, they should. Then some snot nose punk kid calls and tell me they won't replace. I told them I am canceling my service with QQ and he says, I don't care.
