The service was super awesome. Macey was really friendly and really cool and that never happens in car wash places. I have a membership a quick quack, so I'm gonna continue to go to the business but the way that they have their vacuum set up is awful. Literally impossible to turn into. They have through traffic going to have to pass you in a one lane to get to the car wash and that's the same lane that you need to go the opposite direction to park at the vacuum. It's just a poorly planned situation. Yes I drive a truck, but there's no shade. It's in a really bad location. Yeah the vacuum situation makes me never wanna come back to this location again I would not come back to this location again. I'm gonna give him three stars because the service was good but this place is also trashed. There's literal trash everywhere. I don't know. First and foremost let me start by saying I am a quick quack member and have been to just about every quick quack within a 100 mile radius. This location washes aren't the greatest BUT they sure do know how to hire employees. MARK seems to always be there to greet me Every time I get a wash and that young man is the most positive individual, it doesn't matter if it's 115 degrees outside or 60 degrees he will always have a smile on his face. Not sure what his job title is but he moves like the owner of that location. Very professional and genuine. I would like to also mention a worker there by the name of EMMA. She seems to only work during summer breaks, very professional as well. read more

My experience at this carwash was honestly horrible. We were putting our car in neutral and the lady had such a bad attitude. We couldn't figure it out for a second but then we did and she had a attitude face, like she looked annoyed at us. And I understand not liking your job but at least you could act nice?? Ok, I'm a QQ fan, have been a member for years. But I have a major issue w Sacramwmro businesses closing before their posted closing time. I'm here at 7:45 pm, just out of the car wash. Came here specifically to vacuum. Vacuums were turned off when I pulled in. If you close at 8pm, turn off the vacuums at 8pm. DUH. The last few QQ's I've been to had zero vacuum pressure. It was a waste of time & money. I specifically drove to this one, bc I remembered their vacuums work. Normally they're open til 9. I've shut down many QQ's, & stayed much past closing. Vacuums have never been unavailable before 9pm. And again, it's 7:45pm. read more

Now, after charging my card monthly for four months, they are only willing to refund one month's worth of payment. I've been a member to this Quick Quack location for quite some time. Everyone is always very nice. Today in particular, I brought my vehicle in for a wash since I wanted to make sure to do it before they tried to charge my account again. My bank was sending me a new debit card due to losing my existing card. When I explained this to Sam, that my new card was to arrive within a week, he GRACIOUSLY let me through the car wash. This has got to be one of the worst quick quack car washes I've experienced. Terrible service! They NEVER listen to me when I tell them NO bug spray on my car. Bug spray when hot can actually flash a paint job causing tiny specks/spots on the paint of the car when hot. To top it off when you get the attention and tell them to stop straying they keep doing it as you say to stop and then they show no remorse for the issue. I strongly advise against this particular quick quack and their location is constantly dirty with garbage on and near the vacuums. read more

They can't help you at any location with billing issues, they have you call customer service, but on there app there is no contact information. They would not take off a car from my account and even locked my account so I had to pay for a car car wash, but then charged my account 2 weeks later for a full month. So basically they been charging my account with no activity and they only want to give me a $20 credit, instead of $180.00 that they owe me. read more

I don't have a lot of time to get a car wash, but when I do expect the place to be open for the hours they designated. I waited in line for 15 minutes nobody came out to check in. With nobody communicating what was going on another car and myself decided to leave, turned around and right. Once we turned the Car Wash opened and two other cars pulled up at this time! After I gave me initial review of two stars, I was contacted by the Watt Ave Manager Alex. Let me say regardless of my experience, Alex was was respectful and a decent guy. I have no issues there. -first meet up- As i showed him the lil white scuff marks (hood, fenders, doors) on my unwashed car, I also informed him at dusk and night they disappear from view, but in the daytime, they are all apparent. He told me that the dealer I got my car from most likely waxed the car and that covered all the scuff marks. frequent washes will cause the marks to reappear sooner than later. (I know a guy who works detail, this might be true) he said the swirls are from waxing..(I assume he means the dealership did a bad job) Alex also showed me how the car process works to make a point that the car was doesn't scratch, its all about sensors and computer technology to determine if you have a sedan, truck etc to adjust the amount of pressure. He pointed out the the brushes wouldn't scuff the car either. He also said that if there was a scratch, it would be a perfectly straight Horizontal line. my marks were at angles. He grabbed Meguiar's compound to cover the scuffs. so when i asked him how is this wash better than hand he said you could drop your wash mitt/rag and pick up rocks and scratch your car... okay so what so different from a brush holding debris and scraping the next car? What are the odds to me dropping my mitt and not cleaning it before applying it to my car? -second meet up- I came back around the same time and decided to wash the car through their system. Well guess what?! I saw a perfectly straight horizontal line on my driver rear fender, ALSO some residue from using the compound still on the hood of my car. once I showed him this, he said his machine would have made a deep scratch, as he again used the compound to cover the mark. the line was at least 6 inches by the way. I asked him if he believes his wash didn't do this and he said no. I told him i'll be canceling. I have spoken to guys who have had similar experiences, having marks on the car. I'd rather take pride in washing my car myself from now on. read more

I've been to many car washes and this one hands down is one of the most quick and cleanly and professional. I was offered a fair price on my car wash! For only $9.99 I got the Clean wash which includes Triple Foam Polish, Wheel Bright and Undercarriage Wash with Rust inhibitor. I also was told I could vacuum my car for free after the wash which is great because who carries change anymore? also to add to the experience the customer service was great. I was purchasing a membership for QQCW in North Highlands till Jan 24 2018, when I came to this car wash spot to wash my car. I had obey all the staff's instructions, and shift AT to the N position. In the middle of the car wash box the car in front of my car had occidentally stopped (it was a car wash conveyer issue) but my car hadn't stop and continue moving, until they're crashed. They never payed for this accident and my insurance company tried to reach out but they never did answer or reply to the mail. Never visit this place, if you want to take care of your car! I took my 2 year old to the car wash today because he love a cartoon called Dave's carwash. I told the attendant this was my 1st time in over 10 years going to a carwash because my son wanted to experience it. The attendant told me my carwash was on him because it had been so long since I've been to one and he wanted my son and I to have a good experience. The worker name Isaiah, is being rude and disrespectful to customers, I don't think he is a good fit for Quick Quack Car Wash business. One day I stopped by to wash my car, and I got the cheapest car wash "Good" even though I pay for the most expensive "Best". I thought it was a mistake. Today, Monday, May 1, Isaiah was the worker again, I wanted to remind him kindly to make sure I get the "Best" car wash, but he didn't come up to me, the light showed again "good". I was trying to show him I need "best", but he started yelling at me to drive in or he will close on me (It was getting close to 7pm). He flipped over his name tag, right in front of me, so I wouldn't see his name, but I already saw his name. He turned the "Best" light, and switched to "Good" soon as my car got in. There were no colorful shampoo, and the car looked different than when I had a normal "Best" car wash. I asked you to look into this please, because I wanted to continue my membership with quick quack, but if this happens again, I will have to stop, because I do not want to pay membership for a low quality, and poor customer service read more
