When you drive up they ask what monthly membership you want, even if you say single wash they still sign you up for the monthly bc of their high pressured sales environment. This has happened to me twice, still trying to get a refund and haven't been there since Feb 12. The vacuums are always full and there are so many other negatives. Just go to a real car wash. Property was clean, vacuum stations were organized and functioning properly, and the flow of vehicles moved efficiently without long wait times. Staff member Chris stood out with great customer service and professionalism. He acknowledged customers, stayed attentive, and kept the experience welcoming without feeling forced. One of the nicest Quick Quack car washes I've ever seen - not much of a line, vacuums after the car wash for good flow and a sense of helping out the environment with their eco conscious business practices. Not much of a line. Its always a pleasant surprise - as I'm from the bay area and all of these are usually super crowded. I liked the traffic flow of the vacuums. This is I think the first time I've seen a perfect design of it. You enter vacuums after the wash if you take a right hand turn but you can avoid them if you make a left. In Hayward there is this awkward design where there is a separate line for vacuums and you have to wait in line twice. It's hard to describe but on B st in Hayward people drive the wrong directions all the time and don't understand which of the many driveways to exit from. Spraying around at home with your water hose isn't very good - it wastes a lot of water and in the Laguna West Home community they are very conscious of the Lake and run off. They don't like pesticide or soap or any other run off and they send out flyers to help prevent some. Its a beautiful home community and they want to keep it that way and not hurt all the little fishes swimming around. If you haven't bought a subscription yet what are you waiting for? I've been here twice now, and both times there were no clean cloths available--all the dispensers were empty. Many people were standing around waiting or pulling out their own cloths to clean. I spoke to the attendant, who hadn't even checked the supply; I waited 20 minutes for her to bring some, but when she finally did, the cloths were wet, dirty, and smelled terrible. I tried using one to clean a window, but it ended up looking filthy--surely a window shouldn't look that dirty after being wiped with a "clean" cloth? This isn't the first time this has happened; I don't understand what I'm paying for. I ended up having to go to a different location. read more

This place is my go to car wash. I love how dry the car comes out before even having to finish it on my own. The employees always are going fast and helping when needed. Also, they don't do anything to keep people from driving in the back way to occupy all the vacuums. What a waste of money. This car wash is unsafe and poorly managed. The employee who checked me in was extremely rude, and things only got worse from there. After the wash, the vacuum area became completely backed up because staff kept sending cars through without managing the flow. People were yelling, honking, and behaving aggressively, yet employees did nothing to control the situation or ensure customer safety. When I tried to raise the issue, I was dismissed rudely. I also contacted corporate and received no help. Safety and customer service are clearly not priorities here. I recommend going elsewhere. read more

Second time coming here and the towels aren't re stocked. I had to go home and use my own towels to clean the water spots on my windows . Saw all customers having to use from the dirty basket. I've been an on-and-off member of Quick Quack for over 5 years and have always loved the unlimited monthly wash feature--it's super convenient and a great value for keeping my car clean regularly. The wash is great, and my car always looks spotless afterward! Recently, I had an issue with my roof rack box and crossbar being damaged by the machine. I was unaware that roof rack boxes aren't supposed to go through the wash, and I wasn't stopped at the entrance. Despite this, the team at Quick Quack went above and beyond to resolve the situation. They acknowledged what happened and made things right by fixing the damage. It's rare to find a business that takes such great care of its customers, and this experience really stood out to me. I'll continue using their services and highly recommend them for their excellent washes and outstanding customer service! read more

I rolled in a 3 year member I wasn't aligned front wheel my car was hit from the vehicle behind me my car jumped off the pulley system because the new girl didn't aligned my vehicle and some how the first thing they said we have cameras I'm well watch the cameras then I filled a claim was denied I'm like show me the videos no video it's all rush rush with no regards to your vehicle and new employee should be left alone till there fully trained. I do not recommend ever taking your vehicles to quick quack ever again. I was told to call my insurance to get my vehicle fixed we won't. I'll never go there again. They said we'll review the cameras you must of drove up and over pully system I said no and since you said your check your cameras all bull shit they don't care I only took my vehicle there because I'm handicap and can't wash my suv. read more

The car wash was fine, but customer service was horrible. When I went to utilize the vacuums and wipe down towels, I was only able to find a total of 2 available in all of the containers combined. The entire bay of stalls was filled with cars, and now no towels were available. I went to inform the staff, who was folding clean towels at the time. She told me she was not allowed to give me any towels, and everytime they put some out, "they are gone in like 2 minutes." She said when her partner got back, she would put towels out. I also noticed a large container of dashboard wipes under the folded towels, which I had not been offered upon arrival. I asked for one and she gave it to me. I went back to wait for the towels. After 10-15 minutes, I left. No one ever brought out the towels, however I noticed 2 women working at the entrance when I drove out. I am very disappointed in my experience since I usually go to a full service car wash, but decided to give this business a try. I actually chose Quick Quack because of the vacuums and towels feature. This was an easy problem to fix, but the laziness of the staff prevailed today. I will not be back, and I recommend others select another location as well. read more

Terrible Customer Service After an Accident On Friday, June 20th, I was rear-ended inside the car wash at the Watt Avenue Quick Quack location in Sacramento. While the damage to my car wasn't extensive, my bumper was clearly scraped and grooved by the license plate of the vehicle behind me. I immediately alerted both the staff and the driver behind me. The team member on duty took down a report and said it would be emailed to me within 20 minutes. That email never came. Thankfully, I took photos of both vehicles involved, the damage to my bumper, the individuals present, and the staff member who took the report. When I contacted corporate, they acknowledged that they could see the report and said they would follow up with the Watt Ave location to make sure it was sent. Three days later--still nothing. I went back to the location in person and was told they couldn't provide the report, but gave me the name and contact of the manager, Lisa. I texted her and received no response. I contacted corporate again and provided more details, but it's clear they are giving me the runaround. The incident was avoidable--likely caused by the staff guiding the car behind me too closely and possibly pushing it forward. I've been a loyal Quick Quack customer for years with no prior issues, but this experience has been deeply disappointing. A simple request for a copy of the incident report--so I can file a claim with my insurance--has turned into an unprofessional and frustrating ordeal. I'll be canceling my membership. Buyer beware: if anything happens to your car here, you're on your own. read more

Longstanding monthly subscriber, and the wash is generally good, never quite dries my car though. My main issue is it is reliably difficult to get a bay to vacuum out my car, and when I do luck into a spot, there are rarely any drying towels stocked. I have visited the Quick Quack in many other locations; Roseville, Folsom, Riverside and Palm Desert and this is definitely a notch below all of those. read more

I went to Quick Quack on Watt and Arden this morning to wash my car. Once I went through the wash there was 15 cars waiting for the vacuums so I didn't stop and went back home and got gas. As I looked at my car at the gas station, it was till filthy. I went back to the carwash and because I am 5 mins outside of the 30 min window they wanted an additional payment to wash my still dirty car that I already paid for. For some reason my husband came here and bought a "month" pass, so we came in for his weekly car wash. First, no one was wearing masks or gloves. I found that odd in this time of the Delta variant of Covid raging through Sacramento. Especially since all of the employees I saw looked well under 20, so for their safety and the safety of patrons, I wanted to make note of that. The car wash itself was very quick. So quick, that our car came out looking like someone spit mud all over the front. It was just dusty to begin with. You get a little dash wipe and there is a free vacumm area around the back that we did not need, so I cannot give more details on that. It was very busy, and must drive the people living along that wall nuts. I will continue taking my car to Harv's, and I bet my husband will follow my lead now :)... read more

Skip this place. What a huge waste of time and money. These people are rude, horribly inconsistent and inefficient as are the machines that wash the vehicles. I'm not even sure why they even try and dry your vehicle when you still have to spend 10 minutes drying afterwards. What a joke this place is. Since I have joined, the prices, have gone up, and the quality has gone down. Always has a line and about 75% of the time the vacuums are down. Went today to get a quick car wash, I pulled up and was greeted by Abby and then someone pulled up next to me and was talking to her and she went to help him and left me there for 5 minutes as she helped him when I had got their first. When she came back I said that since I was there first she should have taken care of me first she was short with me and I didn't think that was right when I was on her side and letting her know that just because someone is calling your attention doesn't mean you leave someone there for multiple minutes without any communication.. usually love the service here but just rubbed me the wrong way today unfortunately and started my day off that way. read more

Quick quack is always SO busy. So I figure I may as well try it out and see why. I also want to disclose that this review is based off of 3 separate visits which all started and ended the same way. When you first pull in there are 3 separate lanes to enter. An employee will approach you, give their name and offer a free dash wipe. They will then proceed to ask you what membership you are apart of. If you're not already part of a membership, they will ask you which you'd like to join, and if you choose to pass they will ask anywhere from 1 to 3 more times. After you have chosen your wash and paid ( they have ipads that take payment before they send you through) you will then merge with the other two lanes into a single lane. This is where the madness happens. People are constantly rushing through and cutting people off and just kind of forcefully inserting themselves in front of other cars, there's honking, there's yelling, it's really something. Once you've gotten past that and it's finally your turn to roll through the wash, the employee will guide you onto the automated belt that takes you through the wash and have you place your car in neutral and take your foot off the brake. In the midst of the wash you feel like your windows are going to shatter and your car will cave in. The big roller things always mess up my mirrors and for being as expensive as they are, the wash sure doesn't do a very good job. None of the 3 visits left me satisfied with my wash. With the purchase of a wash you get to use the vacuums for free but they ask that you don't wait if they're all taken at the exit of your wash. 0/10 do not recommend. read more
