I'll start off by saying that I only went to Quick Quack because of the free $20 car wash coupon and proximity to my house. Got the mailer for the free car wash, their top wash and decided to give it a try. Having never been to a Quick Quack, I thought I would try someplace new. I am a regular at Car Spa on FM 1960 and Eldridge and normally get their $21 car wash so I figured it would be on par with what I am used to getting in the paid $20 range. First off, this is a self-driven stay-in-your-car car wash. You put your car in neutral and let the wheel guidance system pull you through it. They have 3 levels of wash, ranging from $8 to $20 and each comes with a varying degree of soaps and sealants. The time it takes to go through the car wash is about 30 secs and at the end, you are directed to put the car in drive and go. At this time you can either use their free vacuums or simply leave the property. When I exited, on a very sunny day after a day of rain, also on a Saturday, every single vacuum was taken and there were waiting cars lined up to slip into a vacuum bay once they were free. I chose to simply leave the property and not wait. This is the reason for the 2 stars, the exterior was nice and clean, but for roughly the same price, at Car Spa, you get the same wash, an interior cleaning with vacuuming and a scent of your choice all done by the attendants all while you get to hang out inside where you can have free coffee. Honestly, their top tier wash shouldn't be more than $12 if that's all you get. read more

Pretty cool getting a free wash during their grand opening. The wash was the most expensive wash I believe it would have cost $20 bucks if I paid. It came with a lot of soap for the wash. I think the best thing about this place are the tools for detailing. The hand held air pressure tool and the slim nozzle vacuum attachment were helpful while I was cleaning the inside of my vehicle. Used to use Bluewave but switched two cars we auto wash to this location because it's closer to home. You can add a second car to their $29.99 plan for $15.00 so it make it cost about the same as Bluewave. The automated wash seems pretty good as far as drive thru auto washes go. Their wheel shiny spray gives a good illusion of clean shiny wheels that I like. The multiple vacuum choices are nice and they seem pretty strong. Hopefully that continues because I read a lot of complaints about the lack of vacuum strength in the reviews of most car washes. I do like that you get a towel and wipe to clean the interior surfaces of your vehicle. I do like the automated process of going thru at Bluewave as it feels more efficient. But they seem to manually process folks reasonably quick. Will continue to use this car wash if everything stays at this level of service. read more

I come here in the mornings usually after I get my coffee from the Starbucks nearby. I've been a regular customer and have had their membership for the best wash they offer for over 6 months now, and I'm perfectly happy with how clean my car gets and how quickly the wash is. The lights and lovely smelling and colorful soaps are a plus, especially if my kid's in the car! Even my dog doesn't seem to mind. Free dash wipe every time. I think I have far too many at this point. Dog treats for the puppos! Great suction on the vacuums, 2 different vacuum nozzles and a little air compressor nozzle for those tight areas. Bring a couple microfiber cloths to get the extra drips off after the wash, if you care. read more

This location has been disappointing in recent weeks. Half of the time they are shut down because it's broken. Which makes me wonder why this is the only location that has a problem. Went for a wash on 3/28, car wash did not do a very good job of washing my tires, decided not to go back but that's not why Im giving one star. A month later I get a charge for $32 on the same card I swiped to get my $22 (high priced) wash. I called their customer service asking what the charge was and they stated that I had signed up for a membership at my last wash. That did not happen, when I explained I only paid for the $22 wash they told me it was a promotional price that included membership. I explained there was no indication I was signing up for a membership, none of their signs posted or prices on machine stated a membership was part of the listed $22 price. They then asked for my email to process membership cancellation, when I gave them my email they told me that the one they had on file was something completely different than what my email is. I was never told about a membership, never even asked about a membership, never gave my email to anyone at this location. Obvious fraud is happening here. I had to explain multiple times that there is fraud and fake memberships being created at this West Rd location before the agent would process a refund. read more

Excellent service, enjoyed how friendly.. I believe her name was Desiree I asked her and I forgot but she was very friendly, always smiled, and easily explained to me the difference between the three memberships. I was having a bad day on Monday and it was really great to see her smiling and laughing because it made me smile laugh. I left in a better mood than when I arrived and I appreciate that. Unfortunately I don't live in Texas or anywhere where there is a quick quack. If I did, I would have definitely bought a membership from her. Switched from 'Mister' when I moved and I'm very pleased. Trade off is with 'Mister' I always had the option for a $10 upgrade which included interior. Here I have the option to vacuum myself for free. I think the hand-dry adds a little value at 'Mister' as well but I end up tipping those folks for a marginal job. I go through probably 3 times a week so I definitely get my money's worth. Overall very happy with the value of this membership for both cars and would recommend. read more

I purchased the most expensive monthly package. I noticed about the 3rd wash that the brushes were not even touching the front half of my passenger side. I told the temp. Manager. It still has not been addressed. Now they have removed the air guns you use to clean out cracks and gaskets. They need to fix both issues.
