Absolutely the worst customer experience I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and avoid Cadillac Express Car Wash at all costs. My brand new Ford Bronco--barely 20,000 miles on it--was damaged in their car wash back in January. It is now June, and despite dozens of emails, follow-ups, phone calls, photos, quotes, and promises from Shadi and the team, the damage still hasn't been fully repaired. What started with a simple apology quickly turned into a 6-month nightmare of empty reassurances, unkept commitments, and outright neglect. Their "repair process" has been a revolving door of delays and excuses. Shadi and "Julio" went silent for long stretches, repeatedly told me they'd handle it "soon," and never followed through unless I chased them down. And here's the kicker: I later discovered that they weren't even maintaining their car wash properly to stay in compliance with their own insurance coverage. So when they tried to submit the claim, their own insurance wouldn't cover it. That alone tells you all you need to know about how this business is run--they can't even manage basic operations to protect their own customers. I gave them every opportunity to do the right thing without dragging this into court. They wasted months of my time, ignored deadlines, and left me to coordinate everything on my own--including vetting quotes, chasing down repair shops, and trying to get them to pay upfront because I couldn't trust they'd reimburse me.
