I have used Quack Carwash for over one month. First of all I was never told that if I selected a monthly subscription I would have to pay one extra if I cancelled. Secondly, although I have an older vehicle I take pride in keeping it clean. I prefer to use drive through car wash's as I have a portable vacuum to clean the interior of my car. After using Quack Carwash I noticed water stains that were never previously there. I have always used wax spray after I run my car through the wash. However the wax does not remove the water stains. I am trying to cancel my subscription subscription and I am having a difficult time. There isn't a business number available and the Quack website site does not accept the data I am trying to enter. Do Not enter inter a subscription with Quack Carwash. I was able to secure a business number for Quick Quack Carwash and I reached a representative that was able to help me cancel my subscription. She was very professional and informed. read more

Went in on 5/24/25. Check in clerk didn't wasn't trained. Had a hard time checking me in. Had to go in to the office 2X. I asked him several times about towels and he told me they were at the drying area. There were no towels in any of the buckets at any station.... not one! The wash was horrible. Dirt streak down the middle of my pickup. Front right panel and both back corners were very dirty. I paid $27.99 for a drive-through wash that I'm supposed to do the heavy work by myself... vacuum, dry, get areas missed, etc. I pay that for full service elsewhere with a MUCH better job. As I stated, the service I recieved was great the only concern I had was what I stated before. You don't need me to reach out to investigate the working environment. A reminder to not take your vehicle to Q uick Quack if it is five years or older. They will not honor any damages to your vehicle if damaged by their car was equipment. I am very disappointed to write this post , after being a monthly subscriber since they opened , last week during my wash the assistant manager stopped the wash while the brushes were directly on my vehicle, once they began spinning again it caused damage to my vehicle , after speaking to the Manager , she said they are not responsible for that damage because "it could have happened do to weather" , after saying she reviewed the tape and seen it happen . this is disgusting . after I informed her I'd write a yelp review she said okay with out a care , if this is how they are as a organization, I want no part of it . cancelled my subscription . please be careful and know if they damage your vehicle they won't be responsible!!! read more

This is my first review ever, but I felt it was necessary to sign up and post this review. This place recently opened and apparently mailing flyers to local residents in Indio for a free car wash; I got several, so I decided to check it out. The first person near the entrance of the car wash line whom I turned in my card to, was polite and professional and told me about the services they offered and the standard price and specials they had. He took time to explain, answer my questions and I was impressed. The final person who stands at the end of the car wash, did her job and waved as I left. That, indeed deserved a five star. However, that was not all that happened. At the entry of the car wash, this young lady directed me to move forward and I did as instructed. She pointed out to take foot off the brakes, which I had already and put the car in neutral. Nothing was happening and she started screaming at the top of her lungs; to take foot off the brake and put car in neutral. No one has ever screamed at me like that; I kept indicating, foot was off the breaks and car was in neutral; after a few seconds more of screaming and shouting, she said to back up the car, which I did; apparently the rear tire was not on the track; so back on track. The car wash went fine. There was absolutely no reason to scream, particularly when she was at fault in instructing me to move forward in the first place. Because of her unprofessional conduct and screaming for about 10 seconds [and it was loud because several people from the office came out to see what was happening], not only would I never take my business there, I told my family and friends not to. Nobody needs to be screamed at when a driver tells you the car is in neutral and foot off the brakes. They need to listen and not keep screaming. They have 3 different car wash. I Paid for the lucky duck " best" They gave me "good" the lowest wash. This has happened to me a few times already. I'm sure I'm not the only one. They're practically making you pay a high price and giving you a low quality wash. If you feel like the wash isn't good. Go to a better car wash. Keeping in mind that this a drive through car wash and neither a negative nor a positive review will change the course of nations, I have to say that this particular location appears to be falling on hard times. 1. The price for a GOOD wash was raised from $9.99 to $11.99 at the beginning of the year. I don't know if this was a Quick Quack or franchiser decision or simply a matter of California minimum wage increases and inflation, but it was a big jump. 2. Today, I drove up with one car ahead of me. I don't know how long that car had been in line, but it took well over 5 minutes to move forward and by the time that I did, there were an additional 4 cars behind me. Not "Quick". 3. Today, there we no towels available at any of the stations in the vacuum area. Seems like no towels at 8:30 AM on a Saturday morning is a problem. When I asked for some towels, the attendant said there weren't any. 4. The vacuums at Quick Quack are the #1 reason I go there versus any other drive through option. Today, as has been the case recently, there were issues with the vacuum. To the right of the car, the large nozzle had no suction, to the left of the car, the large nozzle attachment would not stay connected to the hose. Yep, just a drive through car wash. But this one isn't as good as it once was or could be. read more

Very disappointed with my service today. The only man checking cars in from two separate lines, I believe his name is Hugo, wasn't keeping track which cars came in what order. Either that or he just wanted to wait on the male customers first. After he took the third vehicle that came in after me, I rolled my window down to say something. The guy in the truck said yes you were before me. You can go next. Then Hugo told him no. He'd already checked him in. I've been coming to this one, my favorite, for quite awhile. I go around once a week to the Quick Quack by Walmart in Indio. The team staff are very friendly and yet professional. I usually go through the wash 2 to 3 times in order to get my vehicle completely cleaned, each time I dry it and then go back. The reason I do this is that I live in Salton City and we have very high wind with lots of sand, so my car gets really sandblasted, in other words, full of sand, inside and out. I decided to write a review based on my experience today @ 10 AM. When I arrived about 20+ cars were in line with only on attendant. There are two lanes however, one was closed. I got up to the front and said "Why don't you have the 2nd lane open at your busy time"? She replied- "There's an exit lane over there if you'd like'! WOW. I said "Well I don't think I can come back in the future with a wait" She said QUOTE: "That's fine, One goes and many more will come". I'm pretty sure management knows who's working the line today at 10 AM. I'm also sure they agree with her. Why? Because you're busy times for a car wash are Friday afternoons, Saturday and Sunday. The very fact you only had one lane open is proof you don't care about customers, in fact you like the attendant have distain for them. In a weird way I appreciate her response because I now know never to go there. Remember, they don't know me personally they feel this way about All Customers. I would encourage all potential customers to go elsewhere. The one thing there's No Shortage of in this area is Car Washes Independents like this one and almost every gas station.
