I got a Lucky Duck carwash today and was not satisfied on their express wash. Staff members are friendly but they need to update or change their express wash. As you can see on the pic attached, their brushes don't even touch the hood. The hood stayed dirty, even parts at the back and on the sides are still dirty. I had to wipe down those spots like as if I hand washed my own car. I could have done it myself. I went to an express car wash because I want to get my car clean quick and easy. Also, some of their vacuums are not working good anymore. I had to switch a spot to vacuum my left side. So disappointed especially for how much they charge. read more

8/5/21 This new carwash has been slaughtered by people so early in the game. I'm the one that's anal about my car and I'm here to say that in my first visit, I am beyond pleased. There is so about 18 or so covered bays for drying and vacuuming. The vacuum is strong and functional. There's a handheld high pressure air gun for fine detailing. I like this carwash. I came at about 3:00 on a Thursday afternoon. Come now! Everyone is at home in their pool! LOL! It's hot. The staff here was friendly and informative. For all the negative reviews, disregard and give QUICK QUACK a fair chance. I'm thinking they are still fine tuning. It's new. Had unlimited membership and staff member on 12/19/24 told me I couldn't use anymore because I bought a new car & no longer had the old one on the account. I asked her to look my account up by my email or card I used. She verified I had an active membership but she said I had to purchase an entire new membership since I no longer had the previous car. However the website says you can add up to 4 vehicles. She continued to smile and laugh. Is asked to speak to a manager as she wasn't making sense. She said she was the manager. Extremely rude & tried to play like I lacked basic intelligence to scam me into another membership. read more

4th time that ai came for a car wash and they were out of towels. The girls that I spoke to said they'll come over to hand out the towels after 5 minutes because they were drying it. 10 minutes passed and still no towels. 15 minutes and still no towels. The droplets on mar car already dried up and made it look more dirty than it was. There's always issues with this location and after reading the reviews, everyone should stop coming to this location.
