This is my second favorite superstar carwash. What i like about this location is that during the drying phase, it stops and allows the car to dry insteading of just rolling right through. There were also plenty of stations and they were well stocked with towels. I hope they keep this up. read more

This company is great! The advertised services really are given. I switched from using Quick Quack and Fast 5. Superstar has me hooked. I have a Ford Expedition Max and this wash can accommodate large vehicles. QQ has raised the cost on me twice in the past year and a half. I had three cars on my account and paying almost $100 a month At the time I cancelled. pros of Superstar: - driving into the car wash is easier than the competitors - the employees are all very nice and helpful - you receive a free dash cloth and air freshener that smells very clean and fresh - no overpowering floral or perfume - all products (the rainx, ceramic coating, the hot wax etc) are the true Products and you can see the difference - the wash is quieter than the major competitors. I can actually hold a conversation with someone in the car without yelling during the wash - it doesn't flip my mirrors - the brushes are gentle on the car and don't "slap" making me feel like the brushes are going to break my sunroof or windows - there is no funky odor in the water. As I enjoy QQ's smelly soap I like this wash better as the soap does not leave a residue - the towels do not smell bad either and are in an abundance and never run out - the floor mat cleaning machine is a nice amenity - the vacuums are quiet yet powerful - love that there are nozzles to add air to your tires and the compressed air is powerful and gets the water out of the nooks. And the air is at each station So you don't have to drive to a designated spot to fill your tires with air - love the music they play overhead (which you can hear over the vacuum noise and it is not at a volume that is annoying) - the car was quick to dry due to the products that are used when you go through the wash - the top service is cheaper than the competitors and they provide more services - the facility is very clean and tidy - employees all around to assist you with an amenity if needed or you have questions - my car is super shiny and the rain beads right off. My car is black and it has brought out the luster. One of the employees told me I would see the difference after about three washes. I thought he was up selling me but he was right. Not only was he right - I saw the difference after my first wash. - there are a lot of bays and all equipment works and is not damaged Only cons: - the drying area parking slots are kind of tight. If the bays are all full and you park next to someone you both cannot have your doors open on the same side. - no discount for multiple cars on a membership. But overall cheaper than the competitors. If you are shopping around for a nice commercial self car wash I recommend Superstar. You get what you pay for and more. But if you are on a budget, I recommend Fast 5. If you want to get ripped off and asked to write A Yelp review every time you use the car wash go to QQ. read more

First day of a monthly membership and it was closed when I arrived at 7:15pm when every website and publication advertises the closing time at 8pm. I waisted a 10 mile drive and my time. Also, no posted signage as to the reason for being closed early (considering that sometimes things happen, but an explanation would ease the frustration) Businesses that do not follow their posted hours show a lack of integrity and a lack of respect for the time of others. Eventually it will lead to their downfall if it is not addressed. Perhaps my first intuition to patronize a closer competitor will be considered in the future. read more

I've been a customer of this car wash for many years and in different locations and have generally had positive experiences. However, during my most recent visit, I asked to use the restroom and was told they no longer provide the restroom key because someone had previously urinated on the floor. As a paying customer who was in the middle of cleaning my car, I found this frustrating. I had to leave before finishing and drive home just to use the restroom. While I understand that businesses sometimes deal with misuse of their facilities, denying restroom access to longtime paying customers was disappointing and inconvenient. I hope management can find a better solution that addresses their concerns while still accommodating customers. read more

Best thing about it is it's convenient and nice to get a quick wash and vacuum. They have air and air for the tires. That all works well and it's in good condition. The wash is just OK. The front of my vehicle never comes out clean. Neither do the running boards or the back. The dryers don't really get it dry. The unlimited 25 makes it worth it though. read more

This is the best carwash I've ever been to anywhere. Previously I was with Mister Carwash when I lived in Modesto. It was fine, no complaints. We recently moved to Menifee. I tried a couple closeby, but this one beats them all. I love the Customer Service and the fact that they have vacuums, air for blowout of your mirrors and stuff, and the free wipes for inside and car scent for handing from your rearview. Their towels for drying the outside are top notch. So, I drive 10 -15 minutes to get the nearest location, but it's not bad since I go to Costco in Murrietta alot. Their pricing is way better than most. You really would be remiss if you don't choose Super Star over the others. read more

This was by far the worst self-service car wash I have ever used, and I am absolutely outraged. I drove through their conveyor wash expecting at least a basic level of cleaning, but my car came out almost as dirty as it went in. On top of that, the wash twisted my mirrors, which is completely unacceptable for an automated system. I paid for a service that not only failed to clean my vehicle, but also caused inconvenience and potential damage. Overall, it was a total waste of time and money. I strongly recommend avoiding this car wash. read more

This is not a car wash to drive-through and drive off. (like the gas station ones) You *have* to stop and dry your windows or this is what happens. Pretty annoyed right now since I'm picking up people tomorrow and I wanted the car to look nice. You can see this on the paint, too. Giving them the benefit of the doubt with 2 stars, as someone may have accidentally messed up the ratio of soap to water or something, and stuff happens. WARNING! Their customer service is AWFUL! One cannot reach anyone, live, at the corporate office! Which concerns me if I were a member! When I stopped in to use the car wash, as I mentioned, I was pressured for a membership. I then attempted to buy a wash, and I did not have any success, so I backed out of the wash and left. I then discovered a charge on my card showing a wash. Two weeks later, I am still attempting to get the charge reversed. I do continue to receive the same email, word for word, that they are sorry for the delay, but nothing is getting done about the refund!? Secondly, as I said, you cannot choose the type of car wash, one would like, without getting pressured by the employees to become a member! Thirdly, at times when I used their car wash it would leave a film on the car even though I always purchased the higher end washes! In closing, with all the other car washes out there, it does not make sense to me, to continue to patronage this company. read more
