They've worked on my 2017 Ford Transit Connect, 2014 Mercedes GL63, and 2014 BMW X5. They replaced a driver-side CV axle, did oil changes, replaced brake pads and rotors, diagnosed and fixed an A/C and heater blower issue, repaired a trunk/liftgate problem, and also replaced a valve cover and gasket and battery. What stood out to me most was how knowledgeable, honest, and fair Samson and his team were throughout the process. The staff are friendly, the front desk is welcoming, and the customer service has been great. I took my truck to Jiffy Lube for an oil change because I was in a hurry and didn't have time to go…read moreto the dealer. About a block after leaving, I noticed smoke coming from the engine. I pulled over, let the engine cool down, and returned to Jiffy Lube. I was told the oil had been overfilled and that brake cleaner had been sprayed on the engine to clean up oil that had spilled during the service. They let the truck idle for about 10 minutes, and the smoke eventually stopped. I then took my truck to the dealer that same day to have it inspected and have it done correctly. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to Jiffy Lube. I would rather have my oil changes done at the dealer going forward.

We mentioned to the team (Noah & Jermerl) that we were sort of in a hurry, so they accommodated our schedule while delivering a superb, high quality service. They weren't pushy on any of the extras and the most impressive part was this: I had purchased a wiper blade for the rear wiper but I didn't have the tool to replace it, so it had been sitting in the trunk since last winter. When Noah told us he observed a torn wiper and offered to sell us a replacement, I explained to him that I had a new one but I just couldn't figure out how to replace it myself, he said he'd be happy to do it for me!
