She asked what unlimited membership I wanted I said I just wanted a car wash and she rolled her eyes and said which one. I said well what do you have and she reluctantly pointed over to a screen AGAIN rolling her eyes at me. I asked what her problem was and then she became a little angel. I visited this location three times since opening since it's conveniently located and was disappointed on 2 ocassions. My cars trunk was completely wet the first time and the last time the scrubber broke off the trunk assembly of my vehicle. When notified the attendant told me you have to be careful with those things as if I could have prevented what clearly shouldn't have happened. They then told they would fill out a claim form but doubted it was worth since my car was older than 5 years. I've yet to get a call. read more

Oh wow...never had it happen til this where I return to a newly-owned business and see it rolling downhill...I definitely wish Quick n Clean didn't sell off it's ownership to this debacle. Two stars for cool 'effects' in the wash, and for at least keeping the vacuum/air-blast nozzles First off, prices are higher, miss the $3 quick wash that helps with the famous Arizona dust. Then, they got rid of the very helpful mirror going into the wash that helps you align your tire to the rollers. These staff wearing shirt/ties, near a car wash no less, seem to have way less personality to the customer. The last ownership's staff were a lot more cheery and happy to help. Next, the pre-rinse barely did anything or they didn't even try to remove top layer bugs/dirt off my windshield and whatnot. Then, at the end of the wash, I felt my car was pushed WAY too fast before even a decent blow dry...ended up having to dry down myself at the vacuum stall or else there would be a plethora of spots...which still happened. Oh and when I was drying, I noticed there was quite a bit of un-rinsed suds all over my tires and lower fenders of my cars that could've dried completely and streak my black paint. What this amounts to is...I'm looking elsewhere from now on to get a good fair priced wash. I don't have the means currently to wash my own car which I would gladly do. But with these kind of conveniences at hand, I am utterly disappointed at what this car wash has become. Sad to see new ownership come in, jack up prices, and have less or nothing to show for it. read more

I've been using this car wash before it was a Quick Quack and just had the worst experience there. I paid for my wash and went through. The kid that was working there didn't spray the bug repellent no big deal but when I went to vacuum out my car the vacuums weren't working. The attendant said that they haven't been working and the mechanic is on his way. I asked for a refund or a coupon so I could go to a different location and the attendant wasn't able to do anything because there was no manager there. So my car is still dirty and I'll have to go to a different location. The car wash should be closed if half of the equipment is it working or they should at least tell people ahead of time before they pay for the wash. read more

I really liked this place, until a lady rear ended me inside their car wash. From then on, not so hot. I got out and her car was off the track. I took a look and took some pictures. I asked the gal that worked there what they do. She said "We let the parties work it out." I asked if I they had video.. and here's the pulling teeth and sad parts. "We do." Me: "May I get a copy?" "There's no one hear to do that, they're not hear till Saturday." (three days away.) You see how caring, concerned and helpful they are for an accident that happened on their property. At that point I didn't know the real damage to my car, or me. Oh, did I mention we were packed in close to each other... like (How many can we get onto the rails.) Me: "Will you have them give me a call?" "He's in at ten." The help was amazing. Now, she orders me to "Get back in your car." Not once, not twice but three times. I let her know I'd get in when I was done taking pictures #no help from them. That night I cancelled my monthly membership, where the actual charges vary I noticed. I will never return. read more

Update April 22nd, went for car wash, smell wash gone, they gave me the wet towel & my car looks great! I still miss a few things that the old owners had, like the mirror to guide you into track & the attendant in the car wash actually scrub the front & back. I'm keeping my membership as you can't beat the location! I'm giving one star because I really liked when it was the other car wash! The prices were better & the staff was much more friendly. It STINKS inside the car wash & it never used to. I can't believe I'm keeping my membership, but there isn't really another choice. It wasn't a best wash at all...I spent 45 minutes using the free cloth given to me cleaning the bugs off my entire car and cleaning my wheels which still had soot caked on them. Spent another 1/2 hour vacuuming and using the free cloth fir the inside. Most places you go to will have a staff to go the inside and out and your car is clean! I'm cool with an $8 car wash, this place seems fancy and friendly. BUT ONLY 10 minutes to vacuum a car or else it shuts off. That's just a slap in the face. 10/10 recommend going to a $5 car wash and using the vacuum until you are done with your car. Since we all want that "feel good" experience. I had received a coupon for a free basic wash and thought I would give Quick Quack a try. I brought my soft top convertible over and presented the coupon and asked if the wash was safe for convertibles which the attendant assured me it was safe. My car went through and the 1st time it came out still covered in suds on the soft top, rear window and side mirrors. I brought it around and explained to the attendant and he was very understanding and had me run my car through again. This time it was better but when my car came out the top was still soaking wet and there were suds on the wheels, mirrors and rear window. I didn't have time to go back through again so I left and went to Jackson's car wash where I normally go. I understand free is free but I wouldn't want to have paid for this service. read more

THE WORST! Don't waste your money! I went one of the 1st weekends open, it smelled TERRIBLE in the car wash, soap still on my mirrors that didn't rinse or blow off during the cycle, and I had tons of pink soap suds in the inside of the hatch of my SUV! I'd give 0 stars if I could. I bought the $10 wash and when I got the mailer for a freebie wash to try them out I LOL'd to myself and threw it in the trash. They also take pictures of your license plate for their data to track customers which I think is unnecessary. read more
