I'm not an idiot so unlike some of the other reviewers I actually understand how a carwash works- even if I didn't Happy is literally the best and he's there almost 90% of the time I'm getting my car washed. He is literally always happy and kind, and I see him working even when no one is watching. I've always had great experiences here- my car may not come out sparkling every single time but it's life and nothing is perfect, especially a $5 car wash. Hands down a way better wash than clean freak. Clean freaks basic wash doesn't even wash away rain spots and I find I have to "pre wash" by using the scrubber before I go in. With this wash it removes bugs, and dirt even on the basic. Will return. read more

OMG... such a letdown. Going from superb (Quick N Clean) to total disaster! I won't even regale you over my experiences (They put down the wrong license number for my car for my monthly and they can't straighten it out... imbeciles). The company is inept in every area from concept to actually follow through. They can't get anything right, and above all the place is now "dirty" and vacuums don't work. Some Einstein in the company had the brilliant idea of turning the power down on the vacuums when they took over so now they barely pick up anything. And the White shirts and ties are as ridiculous as the lack of competence in the service and upkeep of the facility. read more

This car wash changed ownership literally overnight and is now quick quack. I used to love coming to this location for a $3 car wash- cheap rinse to get the dust off. Left spots everywhere ! It must not have soft water. Vacuums were half the strength as before it changed to this company. They have some nice colored lights while you go through. Save that experience for Disneyland . We had to go over our vehicle when we got home again. It has residue all over. This place is a never again!! read more

This place lost my business. $4.99 for a basic wash is way too much. And $19 for a top of the line wash where I still have to do my own vacuming and drying? Really? What benefit do I get? None. You can change all the fancy flashing lights and special effects in the wash line all you want but your product delivery doesn't justify the cost. read more

I used to use this car wash all the time under the previous owners. Just went through the carwash, and although the attendant was super nice and professional, I probably won't be going back. They raised the price of their basic wash from 3 to 5 bucks, a 60% increase! Plus they scan your license plate, which feels very invasive to me. I don't need their Neon Lights. I just want a quick and basic car wash. read more

The kids are dressed very professional and the light show was actually pretty cool. This place is a mess! Another fly by night wash ruining the 3 to 4 dollar wash business by first attempting to over charge again. Hasn't the car wash business realized that they were charging themselves out of business. Then, I went there after they took over from Quick n Clean and the vacuums weren't even working. Another time it left soap all over the back of the car. The prior ownership was my favorite spot to go and clean my car. Quick Quack is a rip off place and the wash left my car extremely spotted because you don't even get the spot free shine even though you are paying more. Stay away from this debacle and shop for a decent wash! read more

This wash is amazing. The staff is well groomed I love the ties though this is Arizona give your guys some t-shirts. Let's start by clarifying this is a half star rating. I had been using this car wash for the past 5 years. Quick quack is duck shit. Since taking over ownership the car wash quality has gone down and the prices have gone up. I don't remember that being a possibility on the supply curve. They are quick to alienate existing customers. I had previously been enrolled in the VIP wash program paying $18/month in addition to the other $10 - 15/month that I would spend on my second vehicle. Quick Quack will not allow my wheelchair to remain in the bed of my truck strapped down with no existing hazard to either my equipment or the wash even though I have been using this car wash under the previous management /owner for 5 years with zero issue. Nothing has changed except the name of the business and the inferior quality of the wash. They would rather me go to another wash than accommodate my needs. I guess my $320/year isn't going to make or break this business but I can't remember learning in business how you alienate customers and succeed. This duck shit business can go back to Texas. I feel bad that they make their employees dress like they're working in a movie theater with acrylic and bow ties... That shouldn't be too hot in 115 degree heat.... And if I had to guess I'm sure it's a liveable wage. NOT. I will return to Quick N Clean being built right near my neighborhood in Central Phoenix. Thanks Quick Quack. read more
