All in all Quick Quack does well. I a. A monthly member and have been for about 3 years and mostly visit the Cave Creek Road location near the 101. The attendants have all been very nice, cheerie and eager to help. They do their duty to sell memberships / packages and that should please management. Elizabeth is new and her personality is Infectious. When I visit, I always hope she is there. A good kid. The vacuums are plentiful and work well. There are plenty of trash cans conveniently located for cleaning out your car's trash. The only slight complaint is the drying portion. It needs to be longer. All my cars are medium sized and none are dry enough when I exit. Mind you, this isn't as much a problem during the summer when the air temp is 150, but the other 3 months of the year, it's a bit underwhelming. read more

This location has gone downhill in the past couple of months. Truck still dirty after wash. Move along. The guy that takes your money (and upsells) acts like he wants to be anywhere but there, working. The brushes in the wash are black with dirt and grime. Very obvious they don't clean them. I had a little bit of mud along the bottom panels of the truck when I went in... still there after the wash. Towels? You can forget those. I checked every bin and there were a total of 6, dirty, used towels. I asked Mr. Enthusiastic if there were more and he told me people just steal them so what you see is what you get. The service is amazing! Myra, Maddie, &Caleb are amazing. Everyone else that works there is equally special I just haven't learned their names yet. The wash is fantastic. I have been a member since February of 21. I will always come here for my wash as everyone recognizes my truck my face and my dogs. When one of my dogs hopped out they even helped get her back to me. Supper stars only thing that I wish you still did was have small dog treats. My dogs love going to the wash and I see other cars with dogs. When I got home everything looked great except that the re of the car (an SUV) was not touched. This is a follow up to my previous post. My car was damaged going through the Quick Quack car wash. The drivers side mirror housing was ripped off causing over $500 damage. They said they are not liable because the car was over 5 year old. The policy for this is actually past the check in point before you go into the wash so you have already paid and not sure you can exit. Terrible customer service. read more

When I pulled in, I was greeted by the nicest young lady who checked me in and gave me my interior car wipe. For over a year I have been looking for a go to car wash near where I live. I had from day one seen the Quick Quack Car Wash but never stopped by. This place is less then two miles from where I live. Yesterday I decided to give them a try. Wow it took me a year to find this place, I can not believe it. The service was great (Kassandra), the process was very quick, the vacuum station was very handy and convenient, the facility was spotless, and the result was sparkling. Washing of a car seems so mundane but not everyone gets it right. Quick Quack is very Ducky. This is a car wash where you stay in your vehicle, and you vacuum your own interior. This is by far the best car wash I've gone through grant it your in the car going through but then there is free air guns and free vacuums. I barley have to wipe anything and who the hell cares if you have to wipe your car you will do it better then the workers But with a wash like that I don't mind plus with the AIR Gun you don't have to wipe. read more

Quick Quack has no loyalty to its customers. I cancelled my membership at the location on N Creek Road in Phoenix AZ and an employee forgot to follow through with it. I ended up getting charged and they refused to refund my money because they had no "proof", even though they have no record of me getting my car washed in the past 2 months. They had no proof because of an oversight on their end but I ended up getting punished for it. Their excuse was that it was "company policy" Stay far away from this place because they do not operate professionaly. read more

I really enjoyed my car wash! I went a few days before grand opening and during the grand opening event. You can buy anything you need in the front before you go in, and it's super clean. My only complaint is the dryer. After the wash was done, and I went through the dryer, there was still lots of water left on my car, so I did find that a little frustrating, but I had a really great experience otherwise. read more

I'm not sure if the machines were miscalibrated or not but I found the wash quality to be poor. I opted for the $14.99 wash over the weekend. My car was covered with rain spots from the last overnight storm but it was not heavily soiled by any means. After passing thru the wash, the hood and trunk were still heavily spotted. The paint also seemed rougher to the touch than usual, perhaps a result of the eco friendly products? I think for this price point you might actually get a better wash at Shell stations. I absolutely love this place. I love that when you're finished you go over and Park to vacuum and they give you towels to wipe the car down with and little wipes for the inside of the car. By far my favorite car wash ever Ms Kay and Cony were very kind checked on me make sure I had everything I needed and gave me some extra wipes for inside the car. What a great little extra touch . I washed my car at this location and noticed the next day a large liquid "stain" where the liquid from the car wash didn't get rinsed off well enough. The next few weeks we had monsoons so I never took my car to get washed. Yesterday I took it to get washed and the stain will not come off and my paint is ruined. I will never use Quick Quack again and unless you want to risk your paint being ruined I wouldn't either. read more

I am so disappointed with quick quack. We were frequent customers to hog wash and always came out with a clean car. This car wash is so disappointing. They no longer allow you to pay by machine and there is a guy that yells at you from the office door to pull around. I pull around and he asks me if he can take my license number to register it in the system. I ask him why and he says because he needs to?!!! Doesn't make any sense! He then asks which car wash I want? I'm looking around for signage and ask him what does the 4.99 wash include and he looks at the signage for the answer and it clearly has no information. He looks at me and says I guess just a basic wash????? What?! The next car wash costs 10.99?!! I can no longer turn around and leave so I just tell him fine the 4.99 knowing I am going to regret this. The car wash itself is not what I remember when it was hog wash. It's dirty and dark. There was a lady messing with one of the water hoses during my car wash. I drove out and yes it did wash the dirt off, but all the bird poop and dead bugs were still all over my windshield and bumpers. Shaking head. Never again. I drove to the parking space to vacuum my carand parked. It was not clear where the trash cans were located. I looked inside these orange spheres that did not have a lid nor a trash bag and it seemed this is where the trash goes? Gross! No bag??? Maybe it's not the trash can, but obviously people thought it was. Ugh disappointing. Updated 2/6/2020 Why I came back? Purely convenience and I completely regret it. Why did I pay $11 for this? The car wash doesn't even wash the back of the car!!!! I was going to pull around and talk to the employee, but there was already 6 cars in line. I got a feee wash coupon from them so I decided I would try them. Full disclosure my truck was very dusty from a camping trip the weekend before but the wash was just ok. I hate giving only three stars when it didn't cost anything, but it is what it is. Staff was friendly, place is clean, they have free vacuums, and compressed air but no towels like some of the competitors. I don't think I'm going back but this place might work for some. read more

This is my second ever yelp review. I brought our Avalon in to have it washed today. I had some questions and was able to speak with the manager Tiara. She was so attentive to my needs and her customer service ethics were so high that I wanted to write a review. The car wash was great. It really does a nice job and especially on the tires and wheels. As I have knee problems this is something that is really important to me so I don't have to kneel down to do it myself. The dryer blowers work so good that I barely had to dry anything myself. The compressed air makes it nice to get into the little nooks. In short I would recommend this car wash to anyone. I've been here twice in the last week. The people that work there are very helpful and very nice. I also love the cute bow ties! For some reason this is the only car wash that can get the bugs off the front of my car and I think that they have a guarantee where if they don't come off you can go through again for free.
