I've been here twice in the last week. The people that work there are very helpful and very nice. I also love the cute bow ties! For some reason this is the only car wash that can get the bugs off the front of my car and I think that they have a guarantee where if they don't come off you can go through again for free. I go to the car wash on cave creek & 101 about 2 times a week ... seriously so convenient bc I live 2 mins away from it. The staff are always so nice to me, always ask if I need anything else, and professional. Tyler (pretty sure the manager, and if not he should be) always goes above and beyond And always has a smile on his face, which is refreshing now a days. I've not gone to a lot of places bc of customer service, and I value people who actually give a f**k about their job and going above 100%. I love so much of what this place has to offer with the vacuums, towels, dash wipes, compressed air, friendly and helpful staff, etc. so 2 stars for all of that. But 0 stars for the wash itself. I can't go here anymore because the wash part is not touchless / touch-free. It doesn't matter if the part that touches your car is "soft cloth" or "neoprene" if the person before you had tons of dirt and grit on their car, then it's not all going to come off of the cloth rollers before they roll all over your car. These things will always leave fine scratches and swirls in your paint. There are very few touchless car washes and I have to drive 25 minutes to get to the closest one, but it's better than ruining my paint. Please, please replace your rollers with a touch-free system! Or at least add that in as an option. If a Chevron gas station can afford to offer it, a company whose sole purpose is car washes should definitely make that option available. And like someone else mentioned, the current wash system does not clean the back window or get bug guts off or get the one spot of bird poop off the top back of my SUV. read more

So I decided I would try this carwash to see if it was any better than any other car wash with do it yourself vacuuming and found it to be over priced. I had a 7 dollar off coupon that I could use towards the Best car wash and found it to be too expensive even after the coupon. The Best car wash is 19.95. For that price even if I didnt have a coupon I can go to Cobblestone car wash and not have to do any of the work. The car wash I chose was their 9.99 Good car wash. I was not happy with how the car looked afterward. The tire shine was not applied on the entire tire for all 4 tires so looks like half a** job was done and still had spots on the car even after spot free rinse. For the price just go to a full service carwash. read more

First time visiting and not impressed. Purchased the $9.99 (good wash). Vehicle was not very dirty to begin with (just some light dust). Didn't have time to inspect cleanliness until returning to work and noticed spotting all over and tonneau cover was still dusty. Water spots on rear windows as well. Won't be back and can't recommend. Much better washes in the area with more personal service (hand towel dry, etc.) for less money. read more

I have stopped by this location a couple of times now, and every staff member whom I've interacted with has been incredibly friendly. On one of my visits, I ran into a service issue; however, based on my concerns, the manager (Brian) promptly contacted me, apologized for the problem, and fully addressed the issue. When I saw him in person, he thanked me again for bringing the issue to his attention--honestly, I cannot imagine a better response from a manager. Quick Quack in general also seems to me to do a better job than other automated car washes around the Valley--I will keep coming back, particularly to this one, especially because of the service! read more

Stopped in to wash my car today and had a terrible experience. Ran my car thru a normal wash and once I pulled around to the vacuum station I got out and realized their wash was terrible and the blower did a crappy job at blowing the water off. I complained to the associate and all he said is we would have the maintenance man look at the setting. He saw all the water on my car! Most would offer to run the car back through. I would NEVER recommend this location. There is a Cobble Stone down the road that I went to to rewatch it and what a difference. read more

Amazing family friendly car wash. We went when they were offering free car washes. It was super quick and efficiently run. The staff wear bow ties and were unbelievable kind. As a female I felt comfortable here (unlike some creepy car washes). The duck theme is adorable. There are lights and such inside the car wash. I could see small children loving going through this car wash. Lots of easy to read signs. Our truck smelt amazing as it passed through the wash. read more

Basic wash was absolute garbage, so I figured I would try the better for a month since $30 didn't look so bad. They wouldn't take cash for the monthly unless I paid more. Cash is king and if you're going to turn people down because they don't want their card on File to be stolen by hackers and want to charge them more for that reason then you don't deserve anyone's business... also drove through with a higher wash and still didn't clean my truck... what a joke!! read more

The car wash, when it's up and running, is just fine. However, I've been a number of times and it's been closed for business. I have an unlimited car wash package that I pay $29.99 a month, yet, 3 out of the last 4 visits they've been closed during regular operating hours, which is highly inconvenient. I haven't been able to maximize the value of this package and I never know, when I show up, if it's going to be open or closed, so I've had to opt for more convenient and dependable car washes near my home. The only feedback or options they've provided me involved driving to a different location. You can't run a business if your customers can't count on you. I won't get into the car wash itself, which has been mediocre at best. Often times I have soapy areas after completing the rinse and dry cycles. For the money you pay, it hardly seems like a good return on investment. For that reason, I have to recommend a cheaper or more reliable alternative. read more

Tried for a month and wanted to cancel the monthly payment and the pathetic customer service will not allow me to cancel without charging me for a month. The employees were very friendly and the place was clean, but I'm disappointed with the quality of the car wash for what I payed. I understand it's tough to pay bills and to pay for friendly employees, but there isn't really any motivation for me to come back. I used to be able to get a car wash around 7 dollars here, which is a good price when I'm cleaning the interior myself. But for $14 I could go to plenty of other car washes and have the same quality if not better, and have the whole thing done for me. Like I said, not a bad place but the prices are a too steep to motivate me to come back. read more
