Love the first come first serve. In and out in under 15 minutes or less for an oil change. Get the heck out of dodge that's fast. Felt like I was watching NASCAR professionals working on my car while the timer is ticking. I have oversized tires so they come up to me and ask me how much psi I want. Topped off my windshield washer fluid wiped down my front windshield. It literally took them less than 10 minutes. Like they are so efficient it blows me away. All around very professional very efficient. I can't stress that to you enough. The guy even gave me a $15 coupon off because I didn't have one. And of course, I got full synthetic. I don't know why anybody else wouldn't want the best for their ride. It's not cheap. I know but it's worth it and getting $15 off doesn't hurt. They walk you out to your vehicle and just go over all the inspections they did and tell you all the things wrong with your vehicle. And I called around I got people telling me that they can't take me until of the day. I got people telling me two hours for an oil change. If you are like me you don't have time for any of that. Poor customer service by the bearded service writer. How you can ignore someone patiently waiting to be directed to a bay. As well as bringing you a lot of vehicles and you take two cars out of turn and tell a customer defiantly that they weren't waiting. When the person shows you a litle piece of paper with purple, he makes you feel like this is life or death. The litle strip also has more colors and it is bone dry. What happened to the topping off of all the fluids as part of the $83 Blended Synthetic Oil Change service? Nope.... The service was fast despite them having a full shop. I have a Nissan Sentra and I came in for an oil change, the price was reasonable. They also topped off my fluids, vacuumed, and added air to my tires (the warning signal was on) David helped checked me out and went over the paperwork on my vehicle. I've been taking my 2013 Chevy impala LTZ and 2014 Chevy Tahoe LTZ here for at least 5 years now. Pros: Depending on the time you can be in and out within 20 minutes. Technicians do a great job; they are professional and courteous. Definitely one of the better Jiffy lubes in Sacramento. Cons: Depending on the time you can expect to be here for at least an hour, longest I have waited was 2 hours but I will say that they were short staffed that day. If they find any discrepancies they don't show you exactly where it is/don't do that great of a job explaining. They will attempt to sell you something more expensive or what you don't need. Prices for full synthetic+new filter is more expensive then other places. I am dropping to four stars from five because there is an American lube down the street that are more fair on pricing, shorter wait times, and does a good job. I will leave it at 4 because this place is a great jiffy lube. read more

Even though I called the wrong Jiffy Lube before coming to this one, they were still able to help me with an issue I was having with my skid plate, I was able to get my car in the bay over an hour earlier than they said they would be able to get it in and sent me off on my way in just a few minutes. I went into to get my spark plugs changed just now and I believe because I'm a women they didn't think I would know about cars and were going to charge me $651 to change my spark plugs. You can see on the paper it was $0 for labor and $455 for "miscellaneous". They also said it was going to take over 3 hours to complete. Ridiculous, I wouldn't recommend coming here for anything, who knows what else they overcharge for. I can't imagine how many other women and other people got taken advantage of because they didn't know how much it should actually cost. read more

These guys are always righteous to me and have maintained an intimate relationship with my 2007 Mustang for several years. Not only does this location change the oil it is a full service mechanic shop! Most recently I have had front end suspension work done which led to the discovery of dangerously bald, metal wear on the inside tread of my front tires. Dave quickly arranged for a local tire shop to sell and mount a set for me. He insisted we proceed with this option as it would not be safe for me drive on them. This particular Jiffy Lube provides poor customer service. We went here to have our oil topped off. The attendant claimed that we were past the oil top off policy and were due for an oil change. This was obviously a lie because the sticker did not say it was due for an oil change. The workers were clearly skimping on customer service. When we arrived this place was empty and it is not surprising that it is empty. I will not be coming back and do not recommend taking your car here. read more

I have been coming here for a few years. The staff is always really nice and they are quick. One thing I really like is that it's not super dirty there. A lot of oil change places can look grimey at times. In addition to getting my oil changed I also got my belt changed and my tail light fixed all within like 40mins which went by fast because they had the food network station on in the waiting room. Not that they are not all pretty good, this one in particular stands out. I went in on a Monday morning, no appointment. I handed my keys over, checked in, and was immediately offered cold water or coffee. There's a a television, and free wifi. I was in and out maybe 45 minutes. Believe it or not, a woman walked in and looked upset after she was told...20! She then continued to ask how long everyone else had..blah! Maybe she was having a "day".
