I stopped by on a Thursday close to 6 p.m. The reason Eagle Hand Car Wash is top of the line is simple---they clean your car better than almost any other car wash out there. This is because everything is done by hand. You're not going through an automated car wash where your car comes out kind of clean. Here, they wash and dry the exterior of your car by hand. They also vacuum the interior (including your trunk) and wipe down all surfaces including your steering wheel, dash, door handles, etc. Since they do such an exhaustive job, it's going to take longer than your typical car wash. And they're more expensive than your average car wash. A basic wash for a small car is $26. All in all, it's worth it. The interior wait area isn't too impressive but that's not why I visit. It's all about how fresh my car looks afterwards.

I was impressed haha they do care for their customers!! The express wash was $7 which I thought was fair. What I was even more impressed was that the wash took long enough to make our car spotless! It moved fairly slow. I've been to many car wash before. Cancelling a plan is not easy and the customer service (via the phone service) is very unhelpful. While on hold you can be quoted a two minute wait time, only to have no one pick up, or return your call after being asked to leave a voicemail. (This has happened now multiple times.) On one occasion all of the vacuums were also shut off, but this has since been fixed. But of course it was the day I really needed them that they weren't working. On another occasion the attendant argued with me about "not having a valid plan" even when I showed her my proof of expiration date, SENT TO ME BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. Whoever runs the call service doesn't communicate with the establishment and that's a huge fault for this business. I get that the lady was just trying to do her job but it's a bad look when someone is arguing over a receipt that clearly shows when the plan was set to expire. She honored the car wash but seemed like she was irritated anyways. Don't understand why that's my fault when I provided her with the payment information. If I was in her shoes I'd be taking that up with the customer service team handling cancellations via the phone. Weird to have a full blown conversation about "how that's not how we do things" with the customer. I don't like leaving reviews like this but I'm officially over it. The last straw has been the lack of response from the customer service team who handles cancellations. It's been two days now that I've been calling without anyone picking up, or calling me back. We started coming here because it was convenient but now it's honestly just a headache. Would rather just wash it myself. Their value packages are a great deal but it's just not worth the trouble. Edit/Update: changed my review from 2 stars to 3 stars because Maria from the phone/customer service team was able to help resolve my cancellation after calling back again. She noted that cancellations can be done via the website or via phone; which is important information because I had always been told you needed to call in to cancel or physically visit the car wash location. They have emailed receipts for cancellation before but did not this time because they didn't "have my information" despite my license plate number being the same on both occasions where I had signed up for a monthly plan. Im sticking to what I said about the communication is key part though. This business could have a great thing going if they were able to more clearly communicate their rules/expectations between all employees to ensure a better customer experience. Thanks for reading. That immediately made me feel like they were going to rush the job, especially since the lady on the phone had told me to plan for an hour to an hour and a half due to the size of my truck (F250). The staff the whole time seemed rushed and almost bothered that I was even there, despite the fact they didn't close until 5 p.m. and my appointment was at 3:45 p.m. When they finished, they didn't do a walkthrough with me (even though I saw them do one with another customer just before me). Instead, they simply handed me my keys and walked back inside to charge me. The issues were obvious the moment I got into my truck. Dust was still all around my screen, streaks and marks everywhere. Mind you, I paid $88 for this wash. Within two minutes of driving, I stopped for diesel and noticed even more--my rims were only washed on the exterior, not the interior, so as soon as I drove, grime and dirt bled from the inside out. The side steps still had dirt on them, the back bumper where employees had stepped up was dirty, and the side doors still had buildup. This place came highly recommended by my brother-in-law, but I honestly don't see the quality. For what I paid ($78 plus a $10 tip), this was maybe a $30 job at best. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place at all.

The older gentleman at the kiosk helped me get set up, and he was so sweet and helpful. I didn't catch his name, but he was awesome. While I was vacuuming my car, Richard came over and offered to help remove my old stickers from their car wash and some previous ones, too. He handled it quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated. All around, I received great customer service today, and that makes a big difference. Happy to be back!

First, I want to say that the actual cleaning work was excellent. The engine looked great, and the rest of the interior was cleaned very well. The staff clearly knows how to detail a vehicle. Unfortunately, what happened afterward left me disappointed. When I noticed that none of the seat belts had been cleaned, I asked about them. I was told that seat belts are not considered part of the interior detail and that I should have specifically requested them. I was then quoted $5 per seat belt to clean them. My Toyota Sienna has 8 seat belts, which would have added $40 to a $96.99 interior detail. For me, this wasn't about the $40. Even if the charge had been $1, I still believe seat belts are part of a vehicle's interior. They are touched by every passenger who rides in the vehicle, just like the seats, carpets, dashboard, door panels, and windows. What surprised me even more was being told that I should have asked for the seat belts to be cleaned. As a customer, I don't believe I should have to provide a checklist telling professional detailers what is included in an interior detail. I shouldn't have to say: Please clean under the seats. Please clean the original carpets. Please clean the dashboard. Please clean the windows. Please clean the door panels. Please clean the seat belts. I expect trained professionals either to include those items as part of an interior detail or to clearly explain any exclusions before the work begins. After I expressed my disappointment, the staff offered to clean the seat belts for a lower price...flaaaag...they knew forcing unwanted business on their clents was wrong! I appreciated the gesture, but by then it wasn't about negotiating a discount. It was about the principle and the expectation of what an "interior detail" should reasonably include. My Sienna had extra carpets that should have lead to an extra cost but they were cleaned without any additional pricing. The quality of the detailing itself deserves praise, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of fewer. My hope is simply that the business either includes seat belts in its interior detailing service or clearly informs customers beforehand that they are considered an additional charge.

There isn't really a place to eat in walking distance. I'll be back for sure as they do a good job and it's worth the time and money so long as you get here early enough.

The men pay close attention to details, as I talked with them and learned that they used to work for an auto detailing shop. My car came out looking shiny as if it just got detailed by professionals ! Open 7 days a week, 9AM-7PM.
