I had a bike rack on the back of my car and he explained to me that I would not be allowed to go through the wash with it on and offered to help me remove it so I was able to wash my Car! He then recruited another young man, Landon and they both removed my bike rack without me lifting a finger! Once I went through the wash, I was met with a fantastic light display to add to my already fantastic experience! I would definitely recommend Quick Quack Carwash, Its service, Cleanliness, and Experience is worth every penny you will spend!

There was no one in line, so I expected a quick, straightforward visit. Instead, I was met with a frustrating and unnecessarily complicated experience. The attendant, Mike, approached my car and immediately commented on my out-of-state plates. From there, he proceeded to push the most expensive car wash option--likely assuming that because I drive a luxury vehicle, I must want the top-tier package. That wasn't the case. I just wanted something simple. Mike attempted to input my information on his tablet, which he claimed wasn't working due to a battery issue. He retrieved a second tablet, which also didn't work. Trying to be helpful, I offered to pay in cash. Instead of accepting it, he insisted on collecting my email address. I declined, as I don't want to receive marketing emails, and quite frankly, I found the request inappropriate for a basic, one-time car wash. To my disbelief, Mike refused to give me a car wash unless I provided my email. That didn't sit right with me at all. Whether or not that's legal, it certainly doesn't feel ethical. When I asked to leave, Mike couldn't even open the gate--again blaming the tablet. It took a younger employee to show him how to manually open it. A few takeaways, Mike: 1. I was driving a luxury vehicle because I'm purchasing a luxury home in the area--not because I want to be upsold. 2. I remained patient throughout your multiple tech issues and offered a solution (cash). 3. Forcing personal data collection just to get a car wash is unacceptable. Due to the unprofessional handling of this situation and the refusal to provide service without surrendering my email, I won't be returning. You've earned this one star. No one else is to blame.

My truck was dirty, it definitely needed a wash, and I wasn't expecting a miracle but....One side of the car was coated in water spots, it looked like the spinners hadn't even touched it. The wheels looked like the wheel shine was spritzed in a couple spots. Overall it just was a half a** job. I took advantage of many of their microfiber cloths and essentially re washed half of my truck in the detail area. This is my 2nd time here. The first time we had a great experience. They had workers cleaning the…read moreparking areas, a worker assisting at the check in kiosks, workers swapping out the dirty towels. It was a welcoming environment. That was only just a month ago. Perhaps the weather and cold has affected the services?! Not sure what it was today during this visit. I love that they accept tap to pay. That made it super convenient for me to just tap my phone and get a quick wash without having to look through my backpack for my wallet. When I arrived at the kiosk, the arm was already up. We didn't see anyone to assist. It almost felt abandoned. After paying and checking in, we pulled up to the tunnel, no one was there to guide us in or pre-wash the front/back like they usually do. I just pulled in anyways. Then a girl comes out from the door nearby and finishes guiding me in and spray my car. We go through the tunnel. It was nice! I got the highest paying wash thinking it came with tire shine...I was disappointed when drying my car, that my tires were not "shined". No big deal. Here's where I deducted the two stars from. The parking areas where the vacuums are, trash in the stalls. Peoples car mats left to freeze over, trash near the trash cans (never made it into the empty bags/trash bins), 3 vacuum hoses didn't have tips on them. It was just a hose. I moved my car to a stall that DID have vacuum tips on it. But then the suction on those vacuums were crap! Barely vacuumed anything. Bummer. I went walking around to check the suction in the other stalls and finally found one. SO, I moved to that stall. Got my car cleaned and wiped down and we headed out. It was dead. No music playing (like they did the first time ) no one cleaning or maintaining the lot. This round was a bad experience. Even my son (who pointed out the music not playing) was disappointed. He loves going to car washes and cleaning, all I gotta say is, I hope the next time we visit we'll have a better experience.
