Quick repairs! Fixed my iPhone 8 Plus in 20 minutes! Gave me a better quote over the phone then anyone else in Brooklyn! When i first walked in i was greeted immediately from over the wall, a few moments later a technician in gloves and a screwdriver in his hand emerged through the door way. he apologized for the momentary wait, he was fixing another phone. He initially told me it would be about an hour before he gets to my phone, because he had a few phones to work on before me. but i was in a rush to get to work, he expedited my phone and got on it right away! It is rare for me to write a review but I brought in 2 phones for repair to Wiz Xpress and I am extremely impressed with both their expertise and their customer service. They are friendly (shout out to Maria) and very honest. They don't fix without confirming price after checking out your phone, and if something needs a second look, they automatically include the original fee into the final repair cost without any discussion. A few friends had fixed their phones here and when i bought a new phone and was having trouble they recommended i visit this store. These guys are so smart and quick, they know how to do everything! They backed up all my stuff, transferred it to my new phone, even gave me a flash drive with a backup of all my photos and contacts. Great service. I broke my Samsung phone (screen and hardware inside)... they took it off my hands, gave me partial credit towards getting a refurbished replacement (I got the same model phone) and threw in a free case so I don't mess this one up, too :) The next day I came by, they transferred all contacts from my smashed phone to the new and handed me a flash drive with all pictures and data from the old phone. Highly recommended cell phone repair shop. Everyone in the community has referred me to them. I finally decided to fix my iPhone 6. I had dropped it in water. my screen cracked and my speaker stopped working. The were able to fix my screen and replace my speaker in 20 minutes! That includes putting on my screen protector and me walking out the door ! Very fast and reliable service. This was almost two months ago. Everything is still working. I spoke to the guy at the front desk (I didn't get his name), and he gave me a very reasonable price to get the screen fixed, for it being a new phone.
