They go above and beyond--washing windows in addition to my oil change, extremely friendly, and followed all Covid safety precautions. However, most importantly, I wanted to note that when I recently went (11-21-2020), I saw such kindness from a staff member. Another customer was next to me getting an oil change and an employee went over and began talking to the elderly gentleman. While I could only hear bits and pieces, it was clear that the customer was struggling with Covid isolation and the staff member took the time to chat with him, make him laugh, and just have some good human interaction. This is why I will continue to only go to this location, as well as recommend it to everyone I know! Only complaint: staff cannot accept cash tips and I'd like to leave gratuity!
