Stopped by early in the morning to see about getting a battery installed, was greeted right away, and as I explained what I needed, the two guys working, jumped right on it! They got it done in 15 minutes and also took the time to notice my tires were being worn in the back and offered a rotation which only took another 10 or 15 minutes to complete. The service was fast and efficient and I would definitely come back and recommend this place especially after getting quoted almost 3 times as much for just the battery install at a different shop and mind you I had already purchased the battery from Costco. This place was trying to sell me a tire which had cracks on it all around the the tire. I worked 5 years as a tire repair technician. The tire they were trying to sell me for $30 which was to much could have blown out anywhere which could have caused an accident or even someone's life. Don't get me wrong but the service is great just that they need to have better judgement on their tires and to say that the price of the tire being used are to much $$$$$. Two places down the street have tires for $15 and up similar to the tire they were trying to sell me but since I didn't want to cause damage to my rim I had to change it ASAP As you can see how melon this tire is. I told them to give me another tire and charged me $35 the other tire was better which didn't have crack but it was the same melon almost watermelon like I said down the street there $15 and up trust me you won't regret it read more

Had a horrible experience trying to align my car today. They charged me 75$ just so my car will still pull to the right. Brought it back as I was told and still pulls to the right, they said they will rotate the tires to help me find the problem but didn't do that. I was told by an associate it was my rocket pinion, I asked how much is that to repair, Ramon said he will get to it when he has a chance. Totally with no care. Bought a couple used tires from this place one was flat within two days. Went by the place the dude said he can't do anything about it. Went to another spot and they showed me it had a prior hole by nail and rubbed and wore the side. I was told this tire should not have been sold in that condition. On Saturday I was on my 5th stop to find one used tire. I found one at a good price, then an employee "Ceaser" came out to see if I had been helped and asked if I was interested in new tires. I said I couldn't afford it, he said finance it. I was like , my credit is garbage, he said so. He convinced me to try it. I was approved and went back today for installation. All I can say is.... When i brought it to quick stop they saw that the only problems on my car was the clutch they did an amazing job quick and fast no problems i reccommend you to stop by and ask then for any type of car problems you have. If I can give them no stars I would. I came here a few months back for them to fix a bent rim. After a few hours they had it fixed. I had to come back to get my same tire Checked due to leaking air. The man said it would be a while after waiting over an hour and seeing my rim on the floor, other cars coming and going I went back in and asked the man who was talking to people who he knew personally( he gave them all a hug and kiss bye when I walked in) he came out and grabbed the rim and said there was one more in front of me. When all the cars where gone already, and no one was waiting but me and a few cars that were being worked on the lifts, And had the nerve to say I can just put a spare on if I want. Went in to get a fuel sending unit replace and after replacing it and putting fuel tank back together which you will figure would be the easy part right? Nope they failed. I had to fix this problem in my driveway because otherwise vehicle would not start and gas will just gush out of the fuel tank. Mechanic said bring it in we will take a look really i am just telling you it will not run. I pay money to get this done and not waste a day but i had to get this fix myself. I hope the owner reads this and gets to know that you kept my money after the fact the work was not done right. This place sucks so bad I can here to get a tire and the guy was actually nice he gave us a discount because he heard we always go to bob and als so he said come here from now on so I actually did I took my rim to get welded and another guy helped me he did a shitty job charged me $60 I left and had to go back the same day because my tire got flat he did something to it and I asked is it going to happen again he said no but every time I asked him anything else he kept ignoring me as if he didn't speak English maybe he didn't idk so a month-2 months later the same rim is leaking I knew from the beginning it was going to be bad because it was such a fucked up job but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and nope never again as I went back the third time they said they would have to charge me again because he charged me less the second time which he didn't charge me at all the second time I'm actually grateful he tried to help. I am 7 1/2 months pregnant and my tire unraveled. The worker is now picking up a tire for me from the other shop down the street. I thought that was so very thoughtful and considerate. Also the price wasn't that bad as I know a few things about cars. I did not feel taken advantage of like other places.
