After the work was completed, I confirmed again with the technician, and he stated that the recalibration had been done. However, three days later when I drove my car for the first time, I noticed that the lane assist and collision/crash assist systems were not functioning. Warning lights were blinking on my dashboard, indicating that the systems had not been properly recalibrated. I contacted them immediately. They told me they would come back to fix the issue, but after several days, I have not received any response or follow-up. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company and will not be returning for future services.

He is genuinely one of the nicest and most respectful people I've met. We chatted for a bit, and interestingly, I realized that about 14 years ago, I had my Camry windshield replaced at this same shop while waiting for my wife to pick me up. That level of consistency and longevity says a lot. I let Mo know I needed to head to San Jose and would be back around 5 PM to pick up the car. He was very understanding and accommodating.
