Today I specifically went inside and prepaid for BOTH the car wash and the gas together. The cashier charged me $39 total ($30 gas + $9 car wash), but the pump still charged the full gas price of $6.299 per gallon with absolutely no 20¢ discount applied. The receipts clearly show: * Car wash purchased * Gas purchased * Full price charged at the pump * No discount reflected anywhere This feels deceptive and dishonest because the promotion is advertised very prominently, yet customers are not receiving the advertised savings. If you offer a discount, honor it. Otherwise, remove the signs. Very disappointed. I've noticed this happening multiple times here already.

I scheduled service for Saturday morning and prior to my service time, Mike called to let me know he was running a bit late. He arrived when he said and prior to beginning any work, walked around the car with me wanting to know about areas with which I had concerns. We did the same for the interior of the car. Mike then explained the exterior and interior service he would be doing, along with the types of products he would be using. He then went about this business. Now my car was already in good condition, but after Mike was finished, he had bumped it up several layers. The outside of the car was shown at another level and the interior was clean. I appreciated that Mike's interior products did not leave any slippery feel and no fake car smells. I would sum up Mike's work as thorough and highly detailed. Gavin took the time to research and get products that would deal with the variety of pet smells we've encountered. It was a major improvement from what we had before, and more than what I could do on my own with pet store products, baking soda, etc. It might cost more than the run through car wash inside and outside package, but Gavin definitely puts in the work. I'd recommend people who want that extra attention on their car interiors to seek him out.
