After costing me money because of their mistake, they still had the audacity to come back with unreasonable rates for ongoing service. Based on my experience, I will never use them again. Very disappointing. This is in response to the owner's reply. At no point did I ever say that everything in the unit was trash or that anything left behind could simply be thrown away. That is not accurate, and I strongly disagree with that characterization of what happened. The item that was discarded was attached to the thermostat and should not have been removed. I was then left dealing with the cost of replacing it, which ended up being around $150 to $200. What makes this even more frustrating is that instead of taking real accountability, your response shifts the blame onto me. That response only makes me feel less confident in your company. Based on my experience, I do not trust this business and would not recommend the service.
