TO THE MANAGER: the Asian tall kid with glasses should be fired immediately. My friends and I will not come back because of his poor service. He was working on Sunday 1/30 at 3:10pm. He did not clarify whether we want a hot or cold drink so he assumed a cold drink. When we said it should be hot he threw an attitude and said "everything on the menu is iced" which is false because some drinks say iced and others don't. And yet we got hot drinks when the other girl remade it. If his attitude didn't suck we probably would have taken the mistakened iced drink. We asked for the manager and he said you had left. The most unprofessional part was when he was talking shit in Mandarin about the situation IN FRONT OF ALL THE CUSTOMERS. We knew exactly what he was saying. The girl co-worker tried to calm him down. She also said sorry though it was not her fault. We also had to wait for him to finish his conversation with a friend before we could order in the beginning. This reflects badly on your business and training. We are customers and big fans of Quickly but not this one. He has no excuse for his behavior. The food and drinks at this place are really good, but the workers take forever to make your drinks, let alone your food. My friend and I had to wait about 10 minutes for only 2 drinks. I would've understood as there was only one person making our drinks, but there were 3 people working. One was managing the ordering of a nonexistent line, and the other was in the kitchen waiting for the food to be done, when they could've been multitasking and helping with the drinks whilst the food was still getting made. I wouldn't recommend this place if you have somewhere to be soon, but if you have lots of free time, then you should try their drinks and food. read more

I love their drinks, especially their honey green tea with boba, and the price of their food and drinks is so reasonable. Taiwanese rice at around $4.50, and drinks are at around only $2.75. What made this a 3 stars place is they have no parking spaces. Located in China Town, it is really tough to find a parking space. Drinks in Boston are at LEAST $3 - $6, a cup of water and some powder does not cost $3+, lol. Anyway, the drinks are SUPER good too! Service is pretty fast and extremely friendly! I left them a 1 star review before coming back from SF so I guess I was a little harsh with my review, I recently tried them again and I think there teas are some of the best in china town, my fave is still lolli cup for jasmine milk green tea with the best boba you can get in LA, but the teas with jelly is'nt as good, quickly has the best jelly in china town if your into good quantity tea and jelly and ten ren has the best tea quality I just wish there large boba was bigger (it's like a medium boba) quickly is very cheap which is always good like everyday you can get a green tea with jelly for $1.65! or $1 for a milk tea with boba, same with strawberry slush for $1.50 with mango jelly (ask for it to be less sweet though or you'll have a sugar rush out of this world lol) , I am not a big fan of the boba here, it's ok it's just not how I like it from lollicup (I am am very spoiled) but jelly wise it's wonderful plus there tea tastes good and there staff is very friendly, I come here at least 3 times a week so it speaks for it self. as you can see I am a boba tea / jelly tea addict so I know what I am talking about, I live in NoHo and drive all the way to down town almost every other day for my fix, the valley sucks for teas so i am always willing to travel for good tea :) read more

I'm unsure why this venue is called Quickly, maybe it's because they serve you quite promptly, which is a good thing. The only thing I've ever had there so far is a traditional boba milk tea with pudding, and I just say that it has been delicious, quality and fresh every time. Drinks at quicklys tastes like crap(water)((filtered water)). Service is horrible with lazy employees slacking off half of the time. They don't even dress in the proper attire for the kitchen and it gives you the thought of that place being unsanitary and disgusting. The only things decent there are probably the snacks but they take FORVER to make. I went there for the first time and their drinks tasted like water, basically low buget POS (piece of sh*t), I'd recommend Ten Ren's right next to it which tastes a hundred times better than Quicklys. The second time I was there, I ordered fries and they took about 35 minutes just to make some fries, seriously?, it is unbelievable how slow their service is, The third time I went they lost my order for fries and it took about 50 minutes even though I asked 2 times throughout how long it will take, they just told me, "in a few minutes". It's a horrible place with decent snacks, that's all there is to it along with old people cutting in line while your actually waiting in line. Basically when you walk it, you should just walk back out the doors and go to Ten Ren's for a refreshing drink, aslo Ten Ren's even fixes your drinks to your liking after you order it. Don't like it? Just tell them what's wrong and they would fix it. Also this place charges 2.19 for drinks, at a first glance, it isn't that costly right? But after you add tax, it rounds up to about 2.40 compared to Ten Ren's flat price of 2.50. It's an illusion to make you think it's much cheaper than Ten Ren's, but really, you can get a drink that you can actually enjoy for just 10 extra cents. Half of the time when you order in Quicklys, the price also ends up being a few cents past a dollar because of the way they priced their items. This fact really annoys me because you either have to carry coins with you all the time when you go to this place or make sure you have enough pockets to hold all the change you give back to you. read more
